Manager name Danial overseeing elder lady cleaning the showers at 4:25pm on August 1 was loud and verbally abusing the white elderly lady cleaning the showers all by herself.. It was very busy. I was in shower #5 π‘!!!! I heard and witnessed this in person.. He should be reprimanded and spoke to about his verbal aggressive behavior in public. π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘ I will be following up on this matter
thank you my name is Caroline Klein. Please send me back some kind of results on his behalf.

We purchased propane at our local Springville UT Loves, and had a completely empty 7.5 gal tank and another about half full. After waiting around 15 minutes, the staff person came and claimed Loves goes by weight and filled only 3.8 gal in the totally empty 7.5 gal tank and then put barely 1 gal in the other tank (which had room for 3-4 gals). He claimed it was 'federal' rules which I strongly doubt (since NO OTHER propane outlets I've ever been to have ever used weight to measure the amount, NEVER). The scale he used looked like something from the early 1900s. Result is that, leaving on an extended camping trip, I now have to go elsewhere to actually FILL MY PROPANE TANKS. Finally, and this is my bad, they charged me $3.99 a gallon, around $1.10 above rates at other propane outlets in the area. While Loves is mostly fine in most other ways, I WILL CERTAINLY NEVER BUY PROPANE FROM LOVES AGAIN.

Truck care is ridiculously slow been here for 5 hours to get one tire changed. Was told I had people in front of me but no one is in the tire bag and it has three people that are actually workers so no one is out on a road call

I'm obsessed with this Love's Travel Stop! The fuel prices are always competitive, and the convenience store has everything I need for life on the road. From snacks and drinks to travel essentials and souvenirs, they've got it all.
The food options are also top-notch β their hot dogs, sandwiches, and breakfast items are all delicious and satisfying. The staff is friendly and efficient, always willing to lend a helping hand.
What really sets this Love's apart is the cleanliness and organization of the facility. The parking area is well-lit and spacious, making it easy to maneuver my rig.
Overall, I'd highly recommend this Love's to fellow travelers. It's a great place to refuel, recharge, and get back on the road!

For one you guys need to train your employees better .so im a frequent customer of loves and I frequently cash efs checks ther almost daily .unfortunately I am held hostage by my labor anyway I go in its 1030 at night no big deal for another loves in America and get 125 gallons of fuel fill out the efs and hand it to the clerk she amgot all apprehensive and muttered to herself the I can get thru this .looked at the check again and said what am I a bank?I camt cash this .....I just walked out .first you would think that ya technically you are a bank i vacant just waltz into any bank of America and cash this.no its either you or flying j that charge me 30 dollars to cash a 1000 check not a big deal to some but when you do twenty plus a month that's a lot.if they can't cash them at that time here s a idea ....put up a sign .?im thoroughly pissed now the fuel i put in won't go against to make the fee for cashing a check a little smaller .

Took them about 15 minutes just to hand me my weight ticket. They had nobody working on fuel island side and I kept asking for someone to help so I can head out n they kept saying someone will be there shortly. When I came back again they had 2 employees working the middle and still nobody at the fuel island side. Very inconvenient for truckers. Probably need to hire more staff

We stopped at this Love's in Springville for a quick gas-up for our truck with a large RV. It can be tricky to navigate the truck gas lines at a truck stop but it's the only line we fit in. Every employee we passed or dealt with at this location stopped to speak to or greet us. Great job training for excellent customer service Love's!
