Room was clean and quiet a little on the small side for handicapped access. Shower was nice but no handicap shower chair.
Checking in - man was friendly but did not seem to understand my 80 or old mother had mobility issues. Lady took over and was friendly and provided excellent customer service.
Checking out & Breakfast - man at front desk was not friendly. Made me feel like I was disturbing him when asking any questions. He was more interested in whatever was on the computer than answering any questions. No one else was present at the front. Very rude.

Very nice place to stay with easy access from the interstate. It’s new, spotless, comfortable and spacious! Very reasonably priced!

I just stayed at the Microtel in Springville. The location was good, the room was clean, and the staff were pretty helpful. So, for the basics, it’s just fine. You can read this and know the hotel is just fine.
However, for this class of hotel, I’d expect better for breakfast. This was the most basic continental breakfast I’d seen in a hotel in a long time. It was not only lacking in options, but was lacking a bit in food safety principles. There were two kinds of juice, water, milk, a waffle maker, a few choices in cereal, a toaster with the most basic bread options or a plain bagel, a bowl full of hard boiled eggs, and a singular pump dispenser of one flavor of yogurt. I should add that the hard boiled eggs and yogurt were sitting out unrefrigerated. No granola, no danish, no options of multiple flavors of individually packed yogurt in a little mini-fridge. No oatmeal. If you didn’t like waffles or cereal, your options were very limited.
I tried two of the hard-boiled eggs, and both of them, once peeled, had a strong sulfur smell and I couldn’t force myself to eat them. Were they bad because they hadn’t been refrigerated? Was it just random chance? Was there nothing wrong with them and they just smelled funny? Maybe, but all I had for breakfast that morning was some yogurt and two pieces of basic buttered wheat toast (they had some jelly options, I just didn’t use them). And, why was there just a single tub of yogurt instead of the individually packaged options that would give me a better indication of how fresh the food was?
It could have been better. For breakfast alone, I would prefer to stay somewhere else. But, the rest of the hotel was just fine.
Added: It’s close to the freeway, and while I didn’t think there was excessive noise, my wife had trouble sleeping due to noise from trucks passing on the interstate. I also didn’t think the pillow options were great; it was hard to get comfortable.

Hotel appears to be very new. Very comfortable beds. Very clean. Very organised.
Breakfast was very limited in choice. Quiet, considering distance to freeway.

Clean and comfortable. Issues with plumbing: the shower was a trickle, the tub drain had to be propped open with a wash cloth, and the sink faucet was hanging on by just the supply pipe.

Excellent, friendly service from staff, great location near shops and restaurants. Well worth the money.
Nearby activities: The hotel is very conveniently located next to shops and restaurants.
Noteworthy details: The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I think it was Elsa who greeted us at the door and allowed us to check in early--something we were extremely grateful for in our tired state. The hotel is clean, comfortable and well located. We would stay again if we were passing through Springville.

Clean and nice room... Breakfast ok, good choice of items to eat. Only problem was restricted pool hours... Not open before 8:30 and most people traveling/working are out by then.

Breakfast is great. Boiled eggs, fruit, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, toast, yogurt. Everything in room works and is clean. The beds are quite firm, but the sheets all smell fresh and the pillows are poofy still. Floor is clean throughout the motel. Laundry area is small but adequate. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Pool is very small and cold. Coffee is available all day, as well as fresh fruit and plastic utensils. Mini fridge and microwave in room. Small one cup coffee maker in room. The towels are thick and good length. We had a great stay.
