Each time I that I have entered the credit union. I was always greeted as I walked through the door. Both Axill and Kelly demonstrated excellent customer service skills. They are knowledgeable of products and procedures. A plus for the organization!

I Don't recommend Marcie Groves for a HELCO loan i've always enjoyed macu. This was my first unpleasant experience with them . She doesn't keep you updated I was constantly having to call them to get updated.

Horrible, tried to get an auto loan. They made it extremely difficult and overall was VERY FRUSTRATING!!Went to a different branch and got a car loan the same day. No problem what so ever.This branch sucks. Go somewhere else.

The MACU homepage headline trumpets "Putting Members First." In practice, however, it's all about "Putting Profits First." MACU doesn't care about its "members," but they will say they're sorry, if that's any consolation.

Most difficult place to get an Auto Loan from and customer service is terrible. Every time I try to call in I sit on hold for almost an hour. Same when I’m in the branch the wait takes forever. I get a different story depending on who I talk to. I’ll hear one thing about the loan and then when I go back it’s completely different almost like no one knows what they’re doing. I’ve had 3 car loans and keep telling myself it will be the last time. This time around I was hoping my experience would be better but I got the same run around story and mixed answers on why I can or can’t get approved. I’ll be getting my auto loans else where from now on

A Shout out to Telu. He is an Asset to your Company. He actually Called me. He was able to Consolidate a few High interest Credit cards. 3 months later, Because of Telu's expertise Our Credit Score increased by 32 points allowing us to Qualify for other Loans. Telu is not only the Nicest Guy, He changed our Lives for the better by lowering our payments and getting rid of those high interest credit cards. Thank you Telu for providing Outstanding Customer Service. He fits my motto: "I don't really care how much you know until I know how much you care"

Worst experience I’ve ever had with anything involving customer service, I most definitely do not recommend anyone to ever go here. The lady with the short brown hair and light pink sweater at the front refused to help me. While I was waiting in line she was looking me up and down repeatedly, i feel as though i was being racially profiled but i brushed it off. I came in wanting to open a checking and savings account 35 minutes before closing and the lady at the front stated “well that takes about 40 minutes and we close in 20”. She then told me to come back another day and to fill everything out online. Extremely inconvenient as this was the only time I was actually able to make it to the branch even though I’ve been wanting to open an account for months. My husband has previously opened a savings and checking account, going in 20 minutes before closing and they were more than happy to help him. It’s sad to see that MACU allows their employees to treat customers like this. I have heard nothing but great things about MACU and I was severely disappointed and very hurt that I was refused service probably because of the color of my skin. I do not recommend anyone to go into the Springville branch. I’m sure this company is great but the way I was allowed to be treated shows how little MACU cares about customers.

I’m not one to come on here and post bad review I try to mainly leave good ones or nothing at all but this was completely unacceptable. Me and my spouse went to MACU in Springville around 5:30 we had a previous account and just needed to open a savings to go along with it. The lady continued to look at us as if she was in disgust? We get to the front and we tell her we need to add a savings account right away she says “do you see the time?” She proceeds to tell me about how it takes forty minutes for an account to be made and theres only 20 minutes until they close? It was 5:30 ? I’m not sure where she got twenty minutes from, but good for her on her math. I will advocate for NOBODY to go to this MACU go else where here they will treat you like trash. I am disgusted and also I would appreciate if the lady who advised me that there was 20 minutes left to also not go to the window and stare at us while we get in our vehicle. I may be brown but that does not mean I need extra supervision. I hope they fix this issue because I am disgusted.
