“They are really great storage facility: clean, well maintained and easy go use. Dustin, the property manager, really went out of his way for us to figure the best deal and what size would most work for us. I was very happy with them.”
“We stored our boat in one of their units over the winter, the office people are always kind and helpful. They recommended we bring our boat to check and make sure it fits before we put a deposit down, which is helpful because backing your boat into a unit can be hard. It gets pretty dirty in the unit being next to the lake, so make sure you cover your boat. You can buy a lock in the office. We swept out the unit in the spring (bring a broom not a leaf blower!), and got our deposit back the next week in the mail. It’s really cool to drive into the storage unit area and see all the antiques from the museum. When you’re leaving, it can be hard to maneuver the corner out of the gate, so I recommend someone putting in the gate code, instead of driving up and entering the code, it’s an easier angle with a big boat.”

“I believe in this facility because they always have great service through the staff and the storage system they use. They have bigger units available with lots of space and an outdoor area to store your vehicle, boat, or RV. The location is in a small and quiet neighborhood which I prefer the privacy over a busy area and busy roads. Easy to get to. The staff in this location are always very helpful when ever I have a question and in need of an answer. Thank you prime storage.”

“It is small and more affordable and in a ok location off i15. I do feel it could use some upkeep from bugs, spiders and mice easily get into the units. So make sure no food is stored and when you get your stuff out to keep eye out in unit for remnant of these so you can make sure you don't bring home any unwanted guest.”
