Not a great experience with customer service. They have no system in place to inform you when you are out of refills, and orders take 5-7 business days to process, so if you’re out of refills and didn’t get an order sent in 1.5 weeks in advance from your doctor, tough luck. They will take $150 expedite your order for overnight processing and shipment, showing they have the capacity to process orders quicker than is done on a regular basis.

I received my medication with the vial empty! When I called to speak to someone, the lady was rude, unprofessional. Please go anywhere else but here.

Red Rock Home Pharmacy does an amazing job sending compounded medications. They are easy to reach by phone, have a great system of automated reminders, and are great to work with. I've never had a problem with my medication arriving on time; it is always cold and packaged well. I'm grateful their service exists!

These people suck! They rarely answer their phones. Even after you request a pause or a stop on your medication, they continue to bill your card. The only way to make it stop was a report my cars as stolen and get a new card. Huge hassle. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible!

Worse customer service ever in the Springville UT, called regarding my delivered medication is supposed to be cold, Ive had 3 other shipments with no problem at least 3-4ice packs. this last one the packaging was changed and only 2 ice packs was warm not cold at all not even a little bit. Asked to have it replaced and the rude manager at Springville UT office wouldn't do anything not his department he says. What is going on here supper ridiculous.... reply to owner who do we contact because no one wanted to help...

I have all of my medication fulfilled at this pharmacy. This pharmacy does a fantastic job with turnaround time and communication with my Compound weight loss medication. Look them up if you’re looking for great pricing and turnaround time.
