Lisa at Rustica was a great help in figuring out how to put a door in front of steps. I had no idea the right hardware to use. I built my own door, but the no show hardware was the key to getting right up to the ceiling with minimal gap. If I ever build or hang a barn door again, they will be my first call.

Amber, Terri and the entire team answered all my questions and then assisted me in selecting the right hardware. My carpenter and I watched ALL of those awesome installation tutorials by the Man-Bun dude and found them to be extremely helpful. it was great to see and deal with a company like Rustica that offers and then delivers excellent high quality products accompanied with Outstanding customer service. Working with Amber was an unexpected pleasure. She was able to quickly explain the details of the construction of the door and answer all my concerns and technical questions. Had a question on a pre-assembly for door going out of the country. Called the 800 number and directed to the right department and answered my question without delay and followed up with clear and precise instructions, it took less than five minutes to resolve. Service as it should be, thank you!

Kristi provided excellent customer service. She was very knowledgeable about all of the products and options available. She reviewed pictures of my home and space and helped me make all of my final design selections. I would highly recommend Rustica products to anyone for their sliding door hardware.

Terri from the chat box on the website was extremely helpful. She was able to assist me easily with my questions and provide prompt answers and was extremely helpful.
