I have nothing but praise for the service I have received from Samantha at Simplex storage in Springville! Always prompt with sharing info and has always gone the extra mile with communication and help with extenuating circumstances. Always service with a smile and very helpful in accommodating my access to my units there. Very responsive and responsible! She definitely deserves a big raise! Thanks again Samantha!!!

The dread of dealing with storage units and their management kept me away from them for years. I have been so impressed with the ease of registration and how helpful Samantha has been. The price seems reasonable and the units are clean and well maintained and are in a convenient location (for me).

I can't say enough good things about Simplex Storage and working with Samantha. We started with using simplex for RV parking, and then now have 4 separate units as we are building a home and needed a place for everything. Samantha is so great to work with and has really helped us with our needs. She is very kind and quick to respond and has been so helpful with various questions. I would recommend Simplex Storage to anyone.
