Meat department pretty empty. And smells bad! Very annoying alarm going off. Go to cash out 7 pm day before Mother's Day lines backed up clear down the isles only right side of store self check out, had 3 or 4 cashiers. Why did they not take a cashier and put them on the left side of self check out! It would of cleared those lines up fast! Poor decision on Management!

I am getting very frustrated with the receipting process. I love shopping at the store with the variety of items, however, most every time I checkout and review the receipt at home, there are numerous pricing errors which are not in my favor. As a disabled senior, it is very inconvenient to have to call back to customer service to explain, then get invited to come back to their store so they can correct the wrong prices and issue me a credit. It has become so repetitive that I am growing reluctant to shop there anymore for only this reason. The receipt printers usually always need a new ink cartridge so you can read them, however, there are many reasons why customers don't catch this at the time of checkout....hurried customers behind you or the simple manner of how they ring out each item which does not display correct. Receipting process at counter is difficult to follow because if you have not scanned your rewards card before they begin, the pricing is not correct for a rewards customer. Even then, pricing is difficult with their discounts to understand. There have been instances where the actual coupons submitted were not calculated as what happened today again. I even asked the clerk if she did my one coupon and she said yes. When I got home, there is no $1 off coupon anywhere. WATCH YOUR CHECKOUT PROCESS AND REVIEW YOUR RECEIPTS FROM THIS STORE. Unfortunately, most every receipt is incorrect based on physical signs in front of items purchased.

I shop at this store all the time in fact I've moved to Santaquin and still come north to Springville for my Smiths shopp even tho there is a Smiths in Payson. Today (2/19/2023) we were in the self check out lines and Leila (I hope I spelled her name right) was a super sweet helpful employee when we were having issue with barcodes on a couple things. On top of that she was super funny. I personally think she needs a raise and probably a management role with a great attitude like that!!! So I want to tell her thank you and I look forward to my next interaction with you/her!!!Best Regards Tim J

After now years of dealing with Smith's grocery pickup, I am officially done. Too many years of details to go into, but here are a couple of highlights:- Absolutely no means of reporting problems. Via their app, website, Kroger corporate phone numbers, or any other method of contact, they do not provide customers a way to resolve issues. They simply don't care if you get bad, rotten, damaged or even missing items in your order. Too bad, better luck next time I guess. Don't try to get ahold of them. It will only frustrate you, because that's how they want it. - Their app - where you shop, place orders, and receive all communication about your orders - doesn't work properly and doesn't show the same information that the store has. The app tells you when your order is ready for pickup, but that means nothing to the store. They explained to me that the app is "automated " and they have no control over what it's telling customers. Great system!- Terrible quality of fresh foods. Unless their shoppers are monumentally bad at picking the worst available produce, they don't even try to weed out the bad produce from the good...assuming there is any good. I've had bananas damaged and beat up, bags of lettuce already spoiled, containers of cherry tomatoes absolutely full of mold -- all of this was very visible. In fact there is no way to avoid knowing that this stuff is bad when you're grabbing it off the shelf. After a bit of internet research, I'm finding that these behaviors are systemic and are bred and fostered by Kroger Corporation. So it appears that they don't need customer satisfaction. I'm officially in the market for a new grocery store.

*** Updated 08/25/2022 - Still the fasted easy access during off hours... I go after 11pm. Towed trailers can also get in & out with easy short freeway access after the traffic is gone.*** Original - Quick in and out, no lines or wait, pumps 24 hours! Only credit card paying at pumps after 11pm. Clean fast gas & window wash.

The lady here tonight was super kind and help me and another guy 15 minutes after closing. I would recommend gas station staying open till midnight. There are like 4 of us out here.

The station is ok but one of the supposed perks as a Smith's customer the more you shop the bigger discount you get at the pump. Which is a great loyalty idea but they raise their gas prices higher than anyone else's so your discount is basically worthless

Ordered a tres leches strawberry cake through instacart from here. My shopper sent me a pic of the cake which was only white cake with vanilla frosting and looked nothing like the cake I selected on the app. So I asked the shopper to check with the bakery and they told him they don't sell anything like that? I'm so confused, than why is it an option that they put on there?
