I’m just a home owner with little experience about plumbing so I asked questions about a part I was buying. However the employees didn’t have answers to my questions when I was making sure I was buying the right part.I also asked questions about maintenance for a water heater tank and they still couldn’t help out. I’ve watched lots of YouTube videos to help out but I was hoping a plumbing supply store could validate the right procedure. The employees that I encountered one was wearing basketball shorts and the other was in his early 20’s and their response to my questions we just sell the stuff.Now the part I bought worked but I left the store unsure.

We had to replace an unconventional sink valve and we were having difficulty finding the correct valve size. They didn't have the valve we needed, but they explained what we could do to remedy our problem. Their advice was very helpful and it was clear that they are extremely knowledgeable about plumbing.

I went to three different stores trying to get some help on a tricky plumbing repair issue and none of them were able to help me. but 10 minutes at SWPS got me the information that I needed, complete with a diagram print out. Not only were they quick to help and troubleshoot, they clearly knew their stuff and we're not afraid to direct me to other businesses in order to meet my needs promptly.
