Incredible service!! I needed a new car key made and my key was a bit weird but they kept trying and were able to make a copy that worked. I was super impressed with the level of commitment and detail orientedness of the employees. They could have just told me my key was messed up and too bad for me but they worked with it and came up with a solution. They were super chill and nice about it. Also the price was great! Only $3.99 for a basic car key with no chip. I was just super impressed with their problem solving abilities and superior customer service!

Apparently Sunpro has had problems with theft in the past. You may be asked to leave your backpack or other carrier with valuables up front with them, will you trust them with your stuff if they don't trust you around theirs?Otherwise, a very clean place, plenty of quality hardware and parts available, friendly staff, often some great sales. But trust is an important part of customer service to me, and so I can't give them 5 stars.

I absolutely love this place. The staff is friendly, knowledgable, it has a “small town” feel, and I love the free popcorn! Steve the store manager is a great guy and a longtime Springville resident. Ask for Steve, he’ll get you taken care of. Make sure you snag a milkshake at the gas station there too, best shakes in town!

Every time I go to this store the pricing is wrong and products are in the wrong spot. Get to the register and it comes up wrong so I get asked to go back and get a picture to prove it's the wrong price. Return to the counter with a picture then get told the product doesn't match the tag in the picture even though the spot is stocked with several of the item. Pretty frustrating doing your work for you and also be accused of trying to steal. Floor lead and cashier working this morning have zero customer skills and don't get they should own up to mistakes.

They only had 4 rolls of duck tape on the shelf. I could have spent $12 for a single roll of the overpriced DeWalt tape that they had stocked in excess, but I don't believe in breaking the bank for tape. Here's the real issue though, there was red, brown, pink, and yellow. I went with red and brown. The red cost $1 more than the brown. That's a 24% price increase between the two. They were the same length, width, and thickness. The only difference was color and whoever is in charge of pricing decided to capitalize on the greater popularity of one color compared to the other. That kind of greed needs to stop going unchecked.

Worst service ever. They were hired by our builder to install insulation, but it was never finished. I have called and left messages 8 times over the last 4 weeks and have never gotten a call back. I have not left a single complain on their voicemail, just a message asking them to call me back Do not use Sunpro they are a visibly too busy with new jobs to finish or take care of existing customers.

I went in to get a couple things & was expecting to have a hard time finding them… a staff member greeted me at the door & helped me find what I needed in under 2 minutes. So helpful! Also everything was tidy & organized, and the popcorn made this place smell so nice. Also cute mini carts for the kids is a plus :)

Go literally anywhere else if you value your money. Bunch of price gouging clowns if you ask me. Inventory is super lacking also, with the exception of red overpriced consumer tools.
