“This is such a friendly and kind place to shop! My favorite employee is TERESA! She’s so kind and caring and basically keeps this store in tip top shape! We need more TERESAS in this dark and cruel world. If you go there, make sure to thank her for all her hard work!”
“Everyone that works there is amazing and so helpful! I love that they donate the clothes they don’t buy. i Have always had such a positive experience with them.”
“This is the best thrift store in Utah!! Super affordable, great people, great vibes. The owner is beyond nice & great location in downtown Provo! 100/10 recommend!!”
“As a buyer: I love shopping at Pre Loved for clothing for myself as well as for my kids! A secondhand shop that looks, feels and smells like a boutique is an absolute brilliant idea and makes an amazing shopping experience. I’ve gotten incredible deals on name brand clothing. You can find amazing quality items for cheaper than any thrift store in town, especially if you hit the discount days.
As a seller: I recently rented a booth to sell some of my clothes. It was a seamless experience where you can tag items at home with prices you’re comfortable selling. The app made it easy to keep track of sales and choose your own discounts. Set up and take down was easy. I’d say to hold off on designer clothing and save that for Poshmark as people are looking for great deals. My Madewell, Bohme and Jcrew items sold well. I was happy to make money on things that no longer fit me and can now be enjoyed by someone else!”
“This is my favorite clothing store. The clothes are trendy and gorgeous, and I have found excellent deals. I live when I can get a pair of jeans for $15 that would normally be $30 or a lovely silk evening gown for $16. It's also nice to sell clothes I no longer want and get store credit for them. Today I cashed in on my store credit and didn't pay a thing.”
“i have been shopping here for years i've made some of my life long friends shopping here. i suggest everyone go and at least check out the provo and salt lake store”
“This place is super cool! I love the vibes with the music, art, and people in the store. It is a little pricier on some things compared to other thrift stores but not too bad. I had a great experience here and will be back”
“This place is so cool!! They have the most unique jewelry for such an amazing price! will definitely come again next time i visit. The two that run treasure plus are the absolute sweetest and most helpful people. I would highly recommend checking this place out it’s got some cool stuff.”
“There is no worse experience than describing why you'd think that an artist's record might be there while the employees checking inventory, while you know for a fact that you like niche garbage that for sure is not going to be on the shelf. 5/5 Stars”

“Like most thrift shops, this hidden gem isn't hospital-clean or selling all new stuff, but it gets all five stars because they keep prices low and always have a few surprises. The owner buys lots, and bids on auctions at storage places, so occasionally you'll find something highly coveted, like mid-century furniture, Levi jackets, and even designer shoes! It's hit and miss, but has a fast turnover, so keep going back if you're looking for something specific. If the don't have it on Thursday, it could be there by Monday.”

“They put new items out daily it seems like but sometimes their pricing can be wild for something thrifted. I’ve found some good prices on things though you just gotta look hard!”
“This is a fun store! Prepare to take a lot of time sorting through the piles and piles of what is there, but I always manage to find treasures and have a little thrifting therapy.”
