I live out of state and my daughter is a college student in Provo. Her jeep cherokee was leaking coolant so she took it in to a place that told her she needed a new engine and it would cost her 10k. The jeep isn’t worth that much and we weren’t about to put 10k into a new engine so we had decided to put it up for sale and get a little money out of it for parts. Then a friend highly recommended Eric at Queen Bee, and convinced us to take it to him for another opinion.
I am so glad we did!!! Eric was amazing! He ran every test and found it was only a small $300 fix to a thermostat! ??
He even gives students a discount!

“Want to talk to someone that really knows tires? Ean at the Orem location is a tire Expert! So grateful we stopped by and talked with him prior to ordering another set of Heavy Duty tires for our Dump Trailer. Ean showed us all the options and suggested a much better tire than we typically buy, for about the same price. NOTE: Ean could have gotten us the standard trailer tires for $15 less (each) than we typically pay. He showed us all the options and suggested a VERY heavy Duty tire (we're in construction and we really beat this trailer up) for about $30 more than the cheap tires we usually buy. These are such a better tire! So grateful we had his expertise and received all the options. He really took the time and went through pro's and con's of each brand to help us settle on which ones would be best for our use... Their prices were better than the competitors (on every option we looked at). THANKS EAN!”

“Had a bearing in my clutch assembly go bad so I brought my car here. I was hoping to get it fixed quickly and they were pretty booked but they worked with me and were able to squeeze me in over the weekend and got it done so fast! The clutch works great now and is smooth and quiet! They were also affordable and very clear and open about what all they were doing. Very great experience with Dean's Quality Transmission.”
“Traveling through the area, had an exhaust issue, with a broken weld and broken exhaust hanger.
I brought the vehicle in, and after a quick thorough inspection, I was given three options to fix my issue. I was then allowed to decide how to proceed, no High Pressure sales tactics.
The job was completed and I was on my way in just over an hour!

“Super honest! My elderly mother’s check engine oil light came on claiming oil change was needed. Another place had not reset the oil change light correctly.
Oil Changers reset the light for the correct mileage and brought up tire pressures for free.
They could have just done the oil change. But they were honest and upfront. Excellent”

“I tried to open a Toyota Camry and the key snapped in half! Willy's was able to come the same day I asked and replace the key, and it only cost $85, which was pretty good. (It would have been more if they had to unlock the car, but luckily the fob still worked). They even drove out to my home in Provo free of charge to do the job. “They were able to help diagnose and fix a problem with my Subaru, and when we found a secondary issue they were willing to work with me and got the issue solved same day and went out of their way to clean my battery terminals that had corrosion. And they noticed my radiator hose was worn and would have likely failed soon had it not been replaced. The people at Japanese Auto Repair are honest and caring people.
