Now that Amazon does returns through UPS the lines are almost always out the door anytime of the day. They were quick at servicing each customer and did so with a great attitude even with how busy they were.

It has been my experience that UPS Stores are consistently great, but this location is exceptional. Always fast and friendly service, quick and efficient, even at busier times.

I shipped a critical package and paid $500 for next day air and they forgot to put it on the truck. This UPS store wouldn’t offer any discount for their mistake. I wouldn’t use this UPS store if you have vital packages shipped. I won’t be back.
