I ship multiple items here every day for about 3 years now and have never had a problem with this office losing my package. There have been a few issues online or with my shipments being delivered (in other states) and the staff here has been friendly and done what they can to help resolve problems that have come up

For some reason when you drop off packages, they have two incredibly small drop off boxes that can fit four packages and then fill up. It would be really cool if you guys upgraded to what Orem has that way you can actually accept more than four packages before your baskets fill up behind the wall.

absolutely infuriating when I place an order and it’s not delivered by usps for a absolutely dumb and ridiculous reason… “oh the mailbox was blocked” bla bla bla! you should still deliver my package if my mailbox was blocked, sometimes i have no other place to park my car but the mailbox. USPS springville please do better than this. Sometimes I have to go out of my way to go pick up my package at the location which takes time out my day. ?

Horrible. When a package wasn't deliverable, they threw it away. They didn't even tell me. It wasn't a perishable, it was a piece of cloth! A very meaningful piece of cloth! I went and called and had to wait 30 minutes to actually talk to somebody. They've got me crying.
