I’m so pleased with the service I got at the branch! The 10 minutes I spent there was well worth it after I spent days of email exchanges trying to complete the online application. So, in person my experience was wonderful but my online experience was horrible.

One of the only places that will let you take out an auto loan for a rebuilt/branded title. My only complaint is that they did not enter my proof of insurance when it was presented to them in person. Months later I received a letter in the mail stating that I had no insurance on file with them and that I had to send proof of insurance or I would be billed an astronomical amount of money for full coverage insurance through UCCU. I was very confused because I showed them the paperwork in person back in August and requested my auto insurance agent send them the info that week as well. Clearly the ball was dropped not once, but twice.

The assistant manager noticed I was waiting for help and pulled me into his office to help me. He answered all of my questions and was very personable and warm.

I love UCCU. The support I get through them is absolutely second to none, and even more than that, the support is fast. The security is incredible, and I never have to have any stresses on if I'm safe or not. This is hands down my most favorite company ever to work with!!

My card got fraud and I went in to get it fixed and they made me a new card but unfortunately they can't put the money in the account!?!? After I close my account when my bank goes positive I'll never go through these guys again!!They should fix it!! But they didn't!

UCCU has always been accommodating to my need and knowledgeable when they answer my questions. I never feel like a bother to them because their staff is always kind. Very organized, clean office space.

I wish I could give zero stars. I am not a member of UCCU, nor will I ever be after this experience. So, yesterday I used their atm to deposit some cash so that I could use my debit card. It was cash so I should be able to access it right away. Instead they put it on a two day hold and after talking to them, and I was kind and polite, yet they won’t take the hold off. I spoke with my credit union and because it was done through UCCU it has to be them that releases the hold and they refused to do it. Go to America First or Mountain America. I have used them both and never been treated this way.
