All of your staff is great except for one individual. The angry old man that works for you guys needs a smooth talking to. Anytime I come in and he’s working and I can’t find a product, he gives me vague directions and then treats me like I’m an idiot for not being able to follow his terrible directions. I’m tired of coming in when I’m not feeling well, trying to find something I need for relief and being disrespected/condescended to EACH AND EVERY TIME I interact with him.
Ya’ll need to do better.

They randomly cancel my prescriptions, which has happened fairly frequently over the past 2 years. I’ll be changing pharmacies because I’m tired of this.
Recently when they cancelled a particularly important medication, they somehow billed my insurance as if I had picked the medication up. I had to stay on the phone with my insurance for over an hour to prove that I didn’t even get the medication. Without the medication, I was in a fair amount of pain for about a week.
Don’t use this pharmacy. It’s a nightmare. It’s unreliable. The staff are sometimes rude and lack empathy. I’m not sure how much better other pharmacies are, but I’m willing to bet there’s a better one out there at this point.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ill-prepared, rude, and overall unpleasant. I had a vaccine appointment at 4:30, checked in on time. Didn’t get my shot until 5:30. It wasn’t even that busy. The pharmacist was not happy to be serving customers, obviously putting off dealing with people for as long as possible.

Came here for passport photos. The person who helped us was kind and fast, but the photos they gave us were too small and were rejected by the passport office. It cost $18 with tax. I’ve seen it for $10 other places.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. The staff is rude in person and on the phone. Don't even try and call in though..... they keep picking up the phone and putting it back on hold. I have waited for an hour on several occasions only to get hung up on. I would give them "0" stars if I could

Probably one of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever used.
They are closed seemingly randomly sometimes, which is bad when I really need to pick up a prescription. And sometimes they wait until I come in in person to start filling it, which means I have to come back later to pick it up.
It is the closest pharmacy to my location, which is why I’ve been using it until now, and their customer service, while clearly very busy and overworked was pretty good;
I don’t know if they recently got some new staff in, but I recently had to deal with an employee I’ve not seen before who was very haughty and short tempered for some reason.
Needless to say, I don’t think I’ll be coming back, I just don’t think it’s worth it any more. It’s worth a few more minutes drive for dependable service.

Adamaris and Amara were so helpful! They offered the best customer service around! I've had great experiences coming here we love the pictures and the deals they often offer!

Older guy that attended me was really rude. He has bad customer service skills. After patiently waiting for someone to come to the register, he asks "are you waiting for something?" I reply back with no, that I'm just waiting for someone to help me. He then proceeds to ask "With that?" and in my head, I'm just like so frustrated, but I tell him I need to load money and he's like "You want to load money? You want me to scan that barcode?" I don't know why he kept talking back to me when I was doing nothing wrong. But to the next customer, he was completely courteous. Hope they reprimand him for that and I will not be going back there again

This occurred yesterday, 7/16/24.
I would like to give a high review to the pharmacist Gina and and her employee Luce at the CVS pharmacy on S Main St, Springvlle UT. I live in California and forgot one of my medications that I must take and Gina and Luce were a huge help with helping me get a short supply while here in Utah. From my first phone call till I picked up the medication they were very professional, kind and patient. Both Gina and Luce have exceptional customer service. I hope their boss reads this and lets them know that they are doing a great job!

The absolute worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. The manager is rude and the pickup service is disorganized. I used the app to let them know I was there for pickup, in line at the drive thru. I got there and they wanted me to go in and pick it up at the photo counter. They figured it out but it seemed silly and sort of defeated the purpose of the pickup system.

I would mark no stars when it comes to this store. It’s been nothing but a joke to get medication’s filled. They send a text that they are ready you go to pick them up and they say don’t have any filled or they are out of stock. It’s ridiculous that the refills were called in over 2 weeks ago and they say they don’t have them or it can’t be filled. Such a joke!! I would never recommend Walgreens to anybody. Poor pharmacy staff, poor staff in general especially at the Springville UT location. Also the new lead is so rude I will never shop that store again

The employees at Walgreens have always been friendly and congenial. They have managed my prescriptions well and have always been helpful. They serve thousands of people in this area. All of my friends have there prescriptions there! I love there holiday stuff. Their candy selection is great and often on sale. They have a cute variety of gift items. A grandma’s delight in many ways!
