Yesterday I went to deposit money and the girl who assisted me did not want to make the deposit because I did not have a license from the state of Utah. I went to the one in Provo and I was able to make my bank deposit normally. I usually do it in Springville but this time the girl on duty didn't want to serve me and made gestures at me but in Provo everything was normal

The store is messy, the employees are unfriendly, not just like normal unfriendly but like actively unfriendly on purpose, and the pharmacy is always behind. The drive thru takes forever and prescriptions take a long time to fill. There is a guy working there most mornings that seems so unhappy to be there.

This pharmacy sucks. You want a prescription? That sucks. I went there at 6pm today to get prescription (laxatives because I am backed up) and they said that they never entered it into the system. It arrived, they just never entered it. So they told me to come back in an hour. Fine. I'll be out and about in an hour anyways. I go back TWO HOURS LATER and they tell me that my prescription never got started and isn't ready. I'm tired and my stomach is in pain, so I ask when it will be done. They tell me to come back in AN HOUR AND A HALF. Or to just come in tomorrow morning where it will for sure be ready. I CLEARLY need my laxatives now, I haven't shit in four days! That's not healthy! TL;DR This pharmacy sucks and has screwed me over one time too many. I'd give it no stars if I could.

i originally made this review three months ago. however, it did not show that it was visible to the public likely due to the amount of characters in the post. i cannot provide the full story here with details because of the length, but all information has been relayed to Walgreens Management.i had an unfortunate interaction at this pharmacy in September. the technicians AND pharmacist that worked with me were unorganized, they made me feel judged, and they mishandled a sample of mine needed for testing.i contacted the health department and they told me that they do not regulate or monitor external health providers/pharmacies, but strongly urged me to contact the Walgreens Management.the 2.5 stars in reviews should say enough. i am honestly surprised that the health department has no overreach as their negligence affects public health.we should be able to trust our healthcare professionals. i will not be returning here and urge others to go elsewhere.

Never mind that it’s Christmas it won’t change the pharmacy Scrooge attitude. I thought maybe this time some joy and smiles. Nope!! Nope!! I don’t think anyone at the drive thru likes their job. Slow as hell and they’ll never have your prescription ready when they say it’s “Ready.” But today…they never got the order because their automated system is all messed up.

Absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They lost my prescription twice and said it never came. I spent over an hour waiting for a prescription. They told me THE DAY BEFORE THAT IS WAS READY. After I waited for an hour they said it would be 45 minutes. They never even started. This is elementary. I would very much suggest you go elsewhere

Title: Extremely Disappointed with Walgreens Pharmacy - Slow Service and Insurance HasslesReview:I am utterly disappointed with the Walgreens pharmacy and their abysmal service. I have never encountered such a slow and inefficient pharmacy in my life. It is beyond frustrating to witness their lackadaisical approach towards customer service and their refusal to contact insurers for necessary information. I cannot express how grateful I am to have switched to Walmart pharmacy, where I am treated with respect and efficiency.First and foremost, the speed at which Walgreens operates is mind-bogglingly slow. Every time I visit, I am forced to wait for an eternity, even for the simplest of tasks. It seems like the staff is more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to the needs of the customers. It is incredibly disrespectful and a complete waste of my time.Furthermore, the most infuriating aspect of Walgreens pharmacy is their refusal to contact insurers. It is their responsibility to ensure that customers receive the medications they need, and yet they consistently fail to do so. Instead of taking the initiative to reach out to insurers and resolve any issues, they simply shrug their shoulders and expect the customer to handle it themselves. This is unacceptable and demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism. This is the only place I’ve ever been told “that’s not a service we provide”. In reference to contacting insures. In stark contrast, Walmart pharmacy has been a breath of fresh air. The staff at Walmart is efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their customers. They go above and beyond to ensure that insurance matters are handled promptly and effectively. I am grateful to have found a pharmacy that values my time and prioritizes my well-being.To anyone considering using Walgreens pharmacy, I strongly advise against it. Save yourself the frustration and wasted time by choosing a pharmacy that actually cares about its customers. Walmart pharmacy has proven to be a reliable and efficient alternative, and I am grateful to have made the switch.

I dropped off 2 disposable cameras and a sad old guy named Tim helped me. Ive actually never talked to someone more grumpy in my life. I am young and full of life I walked in happy and smiling and he promptly told me to "calm down", I found it funny no harm done. I was then called twice by the Walgreens number so I called back, sat on hold for and hour then got hung up on. Called back talked to Tim once again and he was clueless. Talking in his good old grumpy ways as I talked to him he hung up once again haha. Funny he can get away with this considering Walgreens likely does not care one bit. Very sad.

I was in a car accident last night and needed to pick up prescriptions. Waited in a long line and the tech told me I'd receive a text once my prescription was ready. I explained I'd been in an accident, was there any possibility of getting my meds a bit quicker so I could go rest. She got the pharmacist. I asked him the same question. He told me he had many other prescriptions to fill and I was no more important than anyone else in a very rude manner. He made it seem like even asking such a thing was an inconvenience. Never going back there, avoid this pharmacy at all costs. I left near tears without my medicine.

I have never written a review before but I had to based on my experience today. Last night I had a temperature of 102 and went to the instacare. They prescribed me an antibiotic and sent it to the Walgreens in Springville since it was the only pharmacy open late. I show up 2 hours before closing and they told me that they were 5 hours behind (I’m looking around and everyone is standing around chatting not doing any work like I usually see at other pharmacies). They told me that it wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow. I was very sick and knew I needed an antibiotic ASAP. I work as a nurse in the hospital and it is our policy that we must give antibiotics within 30min of receiving the order. Antibiotics are very important and should be started as soon as possible!! You’d think that as pharmacy would have this in mind. I suffer through the night and go to the pharmacy the next morning. They then tell me that it is out of stock! No notification, no nothing. They tell me that I have to call other pharmacies and get it transferred. Almost 16 hours later I finally got it filled at Walmart. Who was VERY helpful and filled it as soon as they received the order. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Walgreens has a limited staff in their pharmacy, resulting in considerable wait times for assistance, both in person and online. In-person experiences involve waiting in line, where the atmosphere may convey an overworked and indifferent vibe, leaving customers with a sense of neglect. Despite being generally optimistic, the desperation sets in when attempting to transfer prescriptions to another pharmacy. The process involves repeated attempts, numerous rings, and being placed back in the queue. It feels like a perpetual cycle of unresponsive customer service, with each attempt to connect being met with frustration as I find myself stuck in a seemingly endless hold. This represents the epitome of poor pharmacy service, and I sincerely believe that improvements are urgently needed. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that someone in management will take notice and initiate the necessary changes, though I'm not overly optimistic about the outcome.

I had a terrible experience at the pharmacy tonight. Although, I was standing in front of them 5 min before closing time, the script had been called in 45 min before I got there. They would not fill it. They said they had 50 scrips in the computer that were ahead of mine. They said I could come back tomorrow for it. I was the only customer standing in front of them! Why? Why, when you have someone at home sick will they not fill your prescription when you're standing right in front of them? I drive to Provo Walgreens and they said, "We just got it 10 minutes ago and it's not filled yet, let me get it for you." they had the prescription for me in less than two minutes!!! Shame on you Springville Walgreens!! It would have taken you less than two minutes to get it for me. Such poor customer service!

I would mark no stars when it comes to this store. It’s been nothing but a joke to get medication’s filled. They send a text that they are ready you go to pick them up and they say don’t have any filled or they are out of stock. It’s ridiculous that the refills were called in over 2 weeks ago and they say they don’t have them or it can’t be filled. Such a joke!! I would never recommend Walgreens to anybody. Poor pharmacy staff, poor staff in general especially at the Springville UT location.

Over an hour to prepare a simple prescription of muscle relaxer pills. And, the promised text notification of "prescription ready" never came that evening, so I waited overnight for my meds. Terrible service.

I don't know why I've continued to fill my prescriptions here... maybe it's the convenience of the window but wooooow!! The pharmacy employees have horrible Customer Service. I went through the drive through to pick up my 2 prescriptions... I politely asked the lady at the window (Ricky) if she was able to recommend a probiotic and if she would kindly get me a bottle... she very quickly interrupted me to reply "I don't have the time to grab that for you" and shut the window. I understand when business's are busy and I didn't expect her too, but the way she said it was absolutely awful. (I'll just have a family member go in for me after work hours, no problem... is what I would have replied) These employees need to be trained on their kindness. How you treat people and speak to them says volumes about you and the business you work for. Hopefully she has a better day but until then, I'll be filling my prescriptions elsewhere.
