Springville Walmart car care, did a oil change and tire rotation. I lost my hub cap the same day. this hub cap has been on my car for years and never lost one. The service manager said he put them on himself and made sure they were secure. What then why is one gone??? He told me maybe some one sold it. LOL yea they would take 1 only. They would not take Ownership or responsibilty for this. UGH

I have always had excellent customer service here. The manager took the time to help me find a couple of items when I asked her for help. ( At the time I wasn't aware that she was the manage). Great place to shop. Only one qualm that I have is the amount of boys socks to choose from. Time to restock.

I have shopped at this Walmart for 19 years and for about the last three or four years, I have seen this GREAT store go down hill. They have quit carrying several items I considered a staple in my kitchen...tried mentioning it to the manager and others with no avail. The produce is TERRIBLE!! The Grapefruit and Lemons have rotten fruit in them. They just keep adding fresh fruit right on top of the spoiled. The Deli doesn't carry even half the meat they used to...and when I need a certain fried chicken they're out of it half the time. Checking out has got to be a joke, for there is only 1 to 2 checkers (even on weekends) most of the time. I have actually left this Springville store and went a few miles away to Spanish Fork (which is a smaller store) and they have 4 to 5 checkers, checking. I honestly cannot believe what is happening to this Walmart?? It's got to be MANAGEMENT...PLEASE FIX IT!!!

Honestly the worst Walmart pick up experience I've had. Apparently there was some sort of malfunction in the system that sent our order to drafts, so it was never fully processed. We show up to get our order right on time, talk to an associate, he tells us they're working on it. We talk to someone else 20 min later, says it won't be ready for another 20-30 min. So we ask again 30 min later, the manager finally comes out and tells us about the malfunction and that the best she can do is offer is a $5 gift certificate. Laughable. And told us to call 1-800-WALMART if we wanted to get our order filled. Finally, after 55 minutes of being on hold, we talk to someone who tells us to just wait until tomorrow to see if the glitch fixes itself. I understand glitches happen, but why couldn't the pick-up associate tell me this? So I call in the morning, still hasn't been processed. So corporate Walmart cancels our original order (which is still on our bank account btw) and they send my order to another location to be filled later this afternoon. Then I get an email right after that my order was filled and ready for pickup but it was only halfway filled? So my husband goes to get those few items and waits for 30 min until he is helped!!! are they really this incompetent at this Springville Walmart?? Such a terrible experience. Won't shop here again

My go to place while traveling everything is in the same place across the country I always find good deals on cloths and sometimes on food. The place was clean and I used the self checkout I was in and out

THE most unprofessional & unhelpful staff I've ever experienced in a Walmart. They had a bunch of teenagers running the 'customer service' so we had to wait around awkwardly while they were chatting, waiting for them to do their actual jobs. Horrible experience there all around. Then while we were grabbing our single item in plenty of time before the early closing time, the staff in the back of the store was also just messing around throwing merchandise at each other until one started seriously just yelling at us- 'Walmart will be closing!!! Head to the registers now!!!!' I was coming here a lot for our groceries- but now I'll drive further & go to Smith's instead. Not worth spending our money there. You won't ever get anyone helpful if you try to call either. Avoid if you can- they're much nicer at Spanish Fork just minutes away.

They have the worst vision center. The current pace had two employees and one of them is not even from this store. Changed to going to the spanish fork Walmart eye place because of how awful this is.

Walmart really needs to hire QUALITY people. I was on hold for over 40 minutes to be transferred to a department. And the person fielding phone calls sounded flustered. He answered my call thinking it was some one else. Sat on hold a little longer and when she picked up my line she didn't realize I was on hold. If some one can't handle 4 calls when they are a call representative then maybe you should get people more qualified. Walmart you suck ass for beer money. Some people may say go somewhere else. However this town is small with not much here. I would love to see a Target here

I for one am appalled at the conduct of the majority of the staff at this location. I have seen some of the most nauseating acts of racism discrimination and racial profiling while shopping here. I would like to believe that I am forward thinking and morally sound. So it is disheartening to see this type of behavior. These are not isolated incidents. As a middle class white male I am able to come into this store and not be followed aggressively and continually by the employees. However I constantly observe their staff follow and hover over anyone of color or anyone that does not fit the typical Utah County Mormon profile. Shame on them!

My wife just returned from her weekly shopping and was fit to be tied from her experience this morning. The only cash register that was open was the one with 20 items or less. No others available. The only way to get checked out was through the self-check out. She does not like those registers because invariable there is a problem with one or two items. They are coded wrong in the computer and don't ring up with the right price. I don't know if the store does not have enough people to man the registers or if they just let the regular employees go to try and cut expenses. We would love to shop at another store, but we're on a fixed income and need to get the most for the money that we have. We are definitely at the mercy of Walmart and do not like it!!!

I have never seen such a bunch of rude employees at a business. No customer service. It makes me wonder why I return there to shop. I spend a lot of money at that store, and they treat people like shit. Every time I go there from now on, they will get a yelp!

I went into Walmart looking to buy a game for my Xbox with the intent to price match the Walmart.com price. I talked to the man behind the electronics counter and he confirmed that Walmart price matches the game I was getting for a discount on the Walmart online store. The man then confirmed the online price and said that I could get the deal. Once he scanned my game and entered in the new price, he was ready to check me out. All that needed to be done was to get the CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER to sign off on the transaction. A few mins went buy and the kind man apologized several times. After 10 mins of waiting there was still no help. The walmart employee then asked if we would go to the front check out counters and to see if the CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER would be at the front counters to help us. The same thing happened at the front check out counters and we waited another 20 mins. This was nothing to do with the staff but all the fault of the manager working at the time. I left after 30 MINUTES OF WAITING without receiving my discount. This is bad management on the stores part. I will not be returning to this store anytime soon
