This location needs to cool it with their greetings. I don’t need to be bombarded by three different people telling me about features on their mobile app. It’s very uncomfortable. And don’t touch people on the shoulder. That’s weird. People don’t want that.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I deposited over $1400 into the ATM, it took the cash, and said something like “error processing the transaction, contact Wells Fargo.” At that point I knew I’d be in for a nightmare with Wells Fargo’s dazzling customer service. I opened a claim immediately, I went to the branch immediately. Both were ZERO help. I escalated the claim, got denied. Apparently there is no abnormality and nothing wrong happened. The question is, if there is video footage of something being inserted into the machine and nothing is returned, and the account doesn’t change, doesn’t that scream that there is an obvious issue? This is unbelievable. Bank anywhere but here.

I was attacked by an aggressive driver who chased me through this Wells Fargo Drive Up ATM and threw a bottle of green Listerine at my car. It bounced off my car but it is not okay for them to do that. I wanted to get the license plate number of their truck (in order to report this to the police) but they refused to help me out and instead transferred me to the national Wells Fargo customer service for no reason but to pass me off to someone who definitely wouldn't be able to help. I know they have camera footage because they are a bank.

Came in today to get my Resignation to the LDS church notarized and Alma treated me with nothing but passive aggressiveness and attitude. Keep your feelings to yourself and mind your own business. Pathetic.

Every time I visit this branch I am greeted and welcomed. The employees are happy to help and professional. Great customer service!!

Do yourself a favor and just work with literally any other bank.It would take too much time to write all the stuff they’ve done to me other people I know. So I’m not going to.Maybe they have improved since then but after everything, why trust them when there are so many other bank options out there.Oh and good luck closing your account, the guy wouldn’t do it for me until I yelled at him and told him I would actually pay him not to bank here anymore.

I had loan for my house about 25 years ago through Wells Fargo it was a nightmare, I ended up doing a short sale so I didn't have a Foreclosure, It affected my credit for years, they were no help when I needed them to give me papers to prove payments made, still had to sale when I shouldn't have to.

Had an appointment to do a wire transfer to another bank. When I came in I met with Danielle and she was super nice. We figured out another way that we could move the funds without costing me a bunch. I was super impressed that she was willing to help a client that way instead of being rigid. I think it's rare in banking to have someone look out for the client's interest and not the bank's. I really appreciated it!
