This pharmacy sucks. You want a prescription? That sucks. I went there at 6pm today to get prescription (laxatives because I am backed up) and they said that they never entered it into the system. It arrived, they just never entered it. So they told me to come back in an hour. Fine. I'll be out and about in an hour anyways. I go back TWO HOURS LATER and they tell me that my prescription never got started and isn't ready. I'm tired and my stomach is in pain, so I ask when it will be done. They tell me to come back in AN HOUR AND A HALF. Or to just come in tomorrow morning where it will for sure be ready. I CLEARLY need my laxatives now, I haven't shit in four days! That's not healthy! TL;DR This pharmacy sucks and has screwed me over one time too many. I'd give it no stars if I could.

Absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They lost my prescription twice and said it never came. I spent over an hour waiting for a prescription. They told me THE DAY BEFORE THAT IS WAS READY. After I waited for an hour they said it would be 45 minutes. They never even started. This is elementary. I would very much suggest you go elsewhere

I dropped off 2 disposable cameras and a sad old guy named Tim helped me. Ive actually never talked to someone more grumpy in my life. I am young and full of life I walked in happy and smiling and he promptly told me to "calm down", I found it funny no harm done. I was then called twice by the Walgreens number so I called back, sat on hold for and hour then got hung up on. Called back talked to Tim once again and he was clueless. Talking in his good old grumpy ways as I talked to him he hung up once again haha. Funny he can get away with this considering Walgreens likely does not care one bit. Very sad.

Walgreens has a limited staff in their pharmacy, resulting in considerable wait times for assistance, both in person and online. In-person experiences involve waiting in line, where the atmosphere may convey an overworked and indifferent vibe, leaving customers with a sense of neglect. Despite being generally optimistic, the desperation sets in when attempting to transfer prescriptions to another pharmacy. The process involves repeated attempts, numerous rings, and being placed back in the queue. It feels like a perpetual cycle of unresponsive customer service, with each attempt to connect being met with frustration as I find myself stuck in a seemingly endless hold. This represents the epitome of poor pharmacy service, and I sincerely believe that improvements are urgently needed. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that someone in management will take notice and initiate the necessary changes, though I'm not overly optimistic about the outcome.

I had a terrible experience at the pharmacy tonight. Although, I was standing in front of them 5 min before closing time, the script had been called in 45 min before I got there. They would not fill it. They said they had 50 scrips in the computer that were ahead of mine. They said I could come back tomorrow for it. I was the only customer standing in front of them! Why? Why, when you have someone at home sick will they not fill your prescription when you're standing right in front of them? I drive to Provo Walgreens and they said, "We just got it 10 minutes ago and it's not filled yet, let me get it for you." they had the prescription for me in less than two minutes!!! Shame on you Springville Walgreens!! It would have taken you less than two minutes to get it for me. Such poor customer service!

My doctor sent in a prescription last week. It was set to be delivered. This is over a week ago! I've had problems with the store before but because it's so close to me, I continue to use the store. If I can give the store a -5 I would. Pamela who is the store manager is extremely rude, very dismissive and doesn't want to be bothered. They never sent my prescription out they never told me it was going to be through FedEx, and I'm just learning that my prescription is just going to be getting to me after a week and I need it today. When I asked how long she had been a store manager because she said things were changing there? She asked me why that was any of my business? What the actual F? as a customer it is my business. The pharmacist are complete idiots! They're more than idiots they're morons! They have no real skill, I know absolutely nothing about the medication they're giving out. They don't know when their hours are which I find very sad. I had one pharmacist tell me he had no idea they were open on Sunday. I found that hard to believe when I try to express my concern to the manager, Pamela she was extremely rude to me, very dismissive and did not wanna hear anything I had to say. I asked for her manager, she gave me a phone number and that phone number text me back and said "can I call you back?" Didn't even bother to tell me who it was, where they were calling from, nothing!!!!! I legitimately thought I was calling corporate! Instead there's some guy now with my cell phone number, who asked if he could call me back?!? I don't even know who this person is, however I'm assuming from the phone number I was given by Pamela this is her supervisor. Very unprofessional extremely unprofessional! And nobody cares! I will no longer receive my prescriptions from the store and I will no longer do business with Springville pharmacy Walgreens! I heard from somebody else that they were sued for giving the wrong patient the wrong medication. Be very careful with this store, Don't do business with them

I have never nor would I ever fill prescription at the pharmacy in the Springville Walgreens. I have used their pharmacy on occasion for vaccinations and have yet to have a satisfactory experience. The pharmacists are unaware nor care to know what is happening in the medical field. They are unfriendly and continually use the excuse that they don't care what CDC recommends, they have their policy. Well my policy is to stay away from the Springville Walgreens.

Your PHONE selections are horrific. Once I FINALLY got to what I needed, ("speak with a pharmacist" which SHOULD be elementary on a call to Walgreen's, for goodness sake, but wasn't even among your selections, so I had to pick, "other") I listened to music for ten minutes, then listened to it ring for another three, and finally, a pharmacist answered. I asked my question, and was done in about 20 seconds. Corporate Walgreen's needs to read their reviews. These are many of the same issues we have experienced here, which is why we are happy at the Reams Pharmacy now. Our Reams told me to "try Walgreens" since they were out of stock. Turned out Walgreens didn't have it, either.

The morning shift workers are amazing. But stay away from the night shift employees. They are just kind of rude.

This place wasted a lot of my time. Their pharmacy moves at the speed of Government. I feel that even the DMV would be embarrassed if they moved this slow. I had to come back three times to get my prescriptions and after an unreasonably long wait in line each time. There were repeated problems where my doctor had to be called and prescriptions had to be cancelled and re-sent. To make matters more annoying, they kept calling me and telling me that my prescriptions were ready and then having issues every time I showed up. Any one of these issues might be understandable on its own but to get them all three times in a row looks a lot like incompetence. I will find another pharmacy to use in the future

Would give 0 but that doesn't seem to be an option. Just went in to find a pill organizer, asked an employee who's response was "I don't know where they are, but I'm sure if you walk around you'll find them" Needless to say, NOPE! There is a reason Walgreens sucks at every location.

This pharmacy is the worst! My husband went to fill a prescription today because his refill is on a holiday today is Sunday and he needs a refill tomorrow Monday which is New Year's Eve and apparently the pharmacy isn't going to be the New Year's Eve or New Year's Day so they told him that he had to wait to fill it until Wednesday that makes him go without his meds for 2 days and for those of you that are on a daily prescription know how awful it will be to even miss one dose... his insurance said he could pick it up today but apparently Walgreens pharmacy has their "own rules"... that's not how a pharmacy should be ran we pay a big amount of money to have insurance so we can get our prescriptions on time and it's total BS that they run their pharmacy however they want regardless of people's health and emotional stability! as soon as we get this last prescription from them (which they also told us that we couldn't take it to another pharmacy cause they were the ones who already had it) we will be taking our prescriptions elsewhere
