Absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Pray is rude! ever since this Market changed ownership it has gone downhill! the quality of the products is terrible, their service is terrible and the Market is constantly dirty. I will not bring my business back here. I rather support other local meat markets who care about the community. 3 Amigos should change their name because they have NO AMIGOS HERE!

I love shopping in Latin supermarkets but what I don't like about this one is that they don't have the prices set to the consumer and when you go to pay you are in for a surprise, such as for 24z of black beans they charge me $7 and a kilo of Flour Bread $6 I think it is disrespectful that they do not make consumer prices visible and that they abuse it.

I have known this store for a long time, every time I visit Utah, my purchases are there, it is a little changed, it is clean, there is a variety of products, but today I noticed that they have to be more attentive to the customer, friendly, not serious, hahaha or they don't have patience with you, today I was the butcher very serious or angry, I don't know hahaha, and there is no one at the checkout, hahaha or they don't have staff, they don't care missing, I don't know if they changed owners, but just those details, it's my opinion, as a customer there I find to cook Ami style of Mexico 🇲🇽, I love it, but more attentive to the customer...

My husband bought a $40 Tortilla Press from them yesterday & when we opened the box, it was missing the 2 pins that hold the handle on. I went with the reciept to either get my money back or exchange it today & 2 employees found one that had the pins. I said thanks, & was getting ready to take the new one home & they had the manager on the phone & I was told I would have to wait 10 minutes until she arrived. I told them I had to be to work & that I'll gladly just take our money back. They still said I needed to wait.
I drove an hour to get there, so I agreed to wait 10 minutes. She arrived 20 minutes later & I explained the issue & showed her.
She immediately asked me if we dropped the box & if the pins just fell out, (which would be impossible since the pins are connected to the press & locked into place).
I told her no, & instead of her just giving me the one that is put together, her husband (I'm assuming since he came in with her), looked at the the one I brought in & said "something is wrong because it's missing pin." (Duh!) He also asked me what we did to it.
Finally, after I explained again, "we just opened the box & why would we remove the pins?", instead of just giving me the new one that was put together, he & she took the pins out of the new one & gave me the pins.
I was okay with this, because all I needed were the pins in the 1st place to make ours work!!!
Why not just exchange it for one that was put together in the 1st place though? Now they basically have the same one I brought in.
I was tired of their games & questions so I just took the pins & the one we bought, said thanks, & left before they could change their minds again about giving me more trouble.
Every time we visit this place, mostly because they have some food ingredients that are hard to find, we are greeted with unkindness, no one goes beyond & above anything & the customer service (now the owners / managers are horrible!!!

Don't buy from this place, all the food is already spoiled. It has bad service. In addition, the owner/manager, the Indian lady, is very rude to customers. The place smells very bad. The store no longer has the service it used to, the vegetables are already ugly, the meat market is already the same. Honestly, I won't go there again. Please don't go there.

I really like shopping at 3 Amigos but they don't have prices on most down the aisle items so that does limit my shopping when I don't know the cost.

12.22.23 8:30 pm the indian guy just got my bfs brother arrested after accusing him of breaking bottles and took a picture of his car. RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS! Never go there unless you wanna get pressed!

They used to have good produce, like it was dirt grown but now it looks like they started getting it from walmart. Hot house tomatoes and gmo veggies. Otherwise, they have a good selection of authentic Mexican meat and other goods
