Stay away. I would give zero starts if I could. I had long healthy hair with highlights. CD over processed my hair which caused my hair to break off. The color was horrible, my hair is dry like straw, and broken off. I went to another hairdresser to fix it and he said there was nothing he could do and it would just have to grow out. I am beyond upset and my hair is ruined.

Please! Stay away, no one knows what they are doing here, my sister went in to get her nails done, the two ladies in there didn't know what they were doing at all. My sister asked multiple questions and they couldn't answer them, she asked for gel and they said, I don't know if we can use those. Like what?! While we were there, they both were complaining and bashing on a client that was going to be coming in. Super unprofessional and not to mention, rude! After they fished my sisters nails they were so awful! They were bumpy and gross, she had polish on her skin because it was so poorly done and had leftover pieces of cotton in it! My sister said she would have payed to NOT have that done! We immediately went to another nail place. Again, DO NOT go here!

I don't even care to give one star. I had set up an appointment with "hairstylist" BRITTNEY HOUSTON for an ombré from dark brown to a light blonde. I had sent her a picture of what I was wanting to achieve. I went in and I was asked about my hair, I told her brown mostly with added in blonde highlights- INCLUDING THE OMBRí‰ OF THE PICTURE I THOUGHT WE WOULD STILL BE GOING OFF OF? No. I guess she thought I didn't care to go off the picture I sent her? I left with a disaster. I was given dark brown all over, NO OMBRí‰, and the WORST blonde highlights I have ever seen. Very streaky, she did not use the right technique to even achieve what I was wanting. When told her I was upset and not what I was wanting she says she can help me fix it (why would i want to go back to someone who did this to my hair). Though she says she can help me fix it, she doesn't "recommend" lifting the brown out, she obviously doesn't know how to do her job and should get a new one! I was given no refund and was treated very poorly. I do not recommend. FIRST TWO PICTURES IS WHAT BRITTNEY HOUSTON DID TO MY HAIR I went and had my hair fixed from her mess and got what I was wanting to achieve in even LESS time than I was at Seron Salon.
