When we called to get a quote from them they were much cheaper than their competitors, but a month longer wait to receive the trusses. We decided to go with them because of the price difference. That was a huge mistake. They lied to us about their timeframe…by several months! So now we are waiting at least 3 extra months, while our home is at a standstill. And when we inquired about the timeframe “mistake”, their response was just “Oops”. Terrible customer service. Spend a little more money, but save your sanity and go elsewhere.
