If i could give 0 stars i would i would not suggest going here to get anything they claimed i never made a payment on anything i got when i have proof i did and one item they tried claiming was due a whole month before i was even exposed to pay it and i had to argue with them and show them proof on when it was due management is crap and does not care they will lie on you and lie about what your family members have supposedly told them

Recently paid off an item with them I have to admit my payments the last 3 months have been late but always made. Had an argument in the store one day with an associate and was personally called by the manager we had a conversation explaining it was not okay for me to have a bad attitude as it’s bad for business. I apologized over the phone and it person. I called to make payment arrangements today on a new item I had free time with and the lady on the phone was hostile and refused to work with me. Payments have always been made with no hassle over late fees as I understood it was my responsibility to pay on time. The disrespect I felt on the phone today after being a customer of almost 3 years was in no way professional. If you enjoy being disrespected and yelled at definitely give them your business.

Friendly, professional and they still treat you like family. We use to be Bruce's lease to own patrons but switched after we knew about Ez furniture good reputation. This company has been a lifesaver for us when our laundry equipment went out. And they save us during Christmas also. We really like their style. Keep it up Ez 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🙌🏾
