Only somewhat satisfied. They did tell me they were six weeks out--not an issue, I wasn't in a hurry. I just needed the bottom of the heel replaced on a pair of Italian leather pumps. The leather covering of the heel was damaged like they were put in a vise or a pair of pliers.I wanted hard bottoms like the originals were, but I got soft ones complete in a different color than the originals. They could have called and asked me if I wanted hard replacements in the same original color. I would have waited if they'd needed to order the proper color.Then they didn't even shave off the bits of material from the edges of the bottom. I suppose it'll wear off as I wear them. I'm glad so many others were completely happy, and their reviews why I chose this shop. All this for $25. Live and learn. ??♀️

I don't know what has happened to this business, but it's not what it used to be. I've had a great experience here in the past, but my recent experience wasn't good. I took in a shoe for a minor repair - tightening an elastic with a few stitches. I was told they were very busy and it would be 2 to 4 weeks before they could work on my shoe. Surprising for such a simple repair, but I left it. After 3 weeks, I called them because I had decided I couldn't wait for the repair - I needed the shoes for an upcoming vacation. The girl I spoke with looked up my order and said they would help me out and get it done, and to come and pick it up later that day. I went in shortly before closing time, and the same girl told me they didn't have a chance to get it done. Fortunately the guy who does the repairs was in the front area, looked at the shoe, and said he would just do it right then. He did the work, which took about 5 minutes. The work was fine and the cost was fair. My problem is that while I was waiting, another customer came in and said she had left a boot the day before for repair and was there to pick it up. Her order was done! So why did I have to wait 3 weeks, and still have to show up on their doorstep to get my job done? Both times I was in the store, the guy who does the repairs was sitting around in the front gabbing to his buddies. I can see why work is not getting done. I will find another shoe repair next time.

Despite not being their primary focus they were happy to sew some straps back into my hiking backpack! It came out great. Very happy with their work.

This place is awesome. I walked in with my boots that had a tear in the back and she fixed them right on the spot and even did a little stitch design on my other boot to match!They look great and I am happy. That’s great service! Thank you

Unlike some of the "reviews" I've seen, I am actually going to review the quality of the work and the customer service without wasting your time complaining about a sign or picture on the wall. I went in and the people working were great. Fixed my heels while I was still there and charged appropriately. They came back looking like they did when I bought them. I will most certainly be coming back to Adams Boot Repair and recommending them to others.

I went in to get my boots repaired and they said they could not do it. Then I went to look at the boots they had and they would not stop asking me if I wanted to buy them. I told them I just looking around to see what they had. I felt like they were pushing me to buy something. Would not come here they didn't want to fix my boots

Took in my church shoes to have a piece on the heel glued back on. They were able to have it done in less than 5 minutes and for a very affordable price.
