Advanced Realty is a helpful and friendly company to rent from. Staff members are wonderful, excellent, knowledgeable, and treat clients like a friend. They are very nice to talk to, do not get mad when you call, and are willing to give people a chance. They get things done fast, especially in helping people find a place when they really need one. The team is also highly recommended for long-term property management and real estate sales. However, some reviews mention that people on the phone can be rude and not helpful, with weird policies that are not explained clearly.
I recently used Advanced to sell my townhome. They had connections and fixed all the issues with the building and prepped it for sale at very reasonable prices. They also got me my asking price. Communication was timely and we enjoyed the experience.

While there has been a miscommunication or two over the years, advanced realty was very nice to rent through. They were timely with repairs and communication and addressed any concerns professionally. I will actually miss being a tenant with them as some property management companies are not as fair or easy to work with.... read full comment

The people on the phone are so rude. They have weird policies regarding contracts, and won’t ever let you speak to anyone in charge. Very annoying and just overall not helpful and they won’t even explain their policy’s
