This is my go to gym when visiting St. George! Clean, new and easy to use equipment, and great layout. It never feels crowded no matter what time we’ve gone. Doesn’t look like much from outside but it really is a nice facility and worth going to check out!

The customer service was excellent. I am visiting out of town and had called ahead to see if this location does Day Passes. (They do!) When i had arrived, Mayda had helped me get started but not only that she remembered that I called earlier!!! I felt very welcomed off the get go!
