Very helpful staff and prices are competitive. I appreciate your staff is willing to check prices through my insurance vs GoodRx and let me know which option saves me the most. The only complaint I really have is your lines moves slow. But again it might be that you’re providing your clients with the best cost options, and willing to answers questions. I’ve learned to try and go when it isn’t peak times, like after work.
Update. There is no slow time. It doesn’t matter if one person is in line or 5, they are sooooo slow. Also if your doctor calls something in here, plan on picking it up if you want it ready in 2 days. I have docs call in a prescription at 9:00am and then stop in at 5:30 and it still hasn’t been filled, and NO!!!! I don’t want to wait 30 minutes while you’ve had it all day!!!

They would be five stars except that they're handicap carts the batteries are bad even if they're charged they will quit you before you can get all the way around the store one time

The staff is of course very polite, If you can ever get your turn in line!
It used to be that when there was a line of vehicles in the Drive through, they would have any customer that was going to take a while or their prescription wasn't filled yet Go to the back of the line or return later. This last year has been terrible, I am sitting still for ten minutes behind a line of cars that has not moved! I asked a month ago why They no longer move the long waiting vehicles, I was told the policy had changed, and now if there's only a couple they go ahead and fill them and make everybody else wait!
It would be worth it to drive to a distant pharmacy, And trust me, it would actually save time!!!
This pharmacy has been through a lot with staffing and changes, But this is by far saying that you don't care about your customers or their time.
As someone who works in healthcare, I know that Valuing your patients and their time is most important. And this pharmacy definitely fails.

Was told they could not fill my prescription because my doctor was out of Kanab??? They said it was the Savon policy... weird I got that exact prescription filled multiple times at a Savon pharmacy over the course of a year while I was living in oregon.

Absolutely fantastic pharmacy. Always extremely helpful, professional, and kind. I went in today just to get my flu shot, ended up getting a covid shot as well. Something was silly with my medicaid and they fixed it immediately. I told them my grandma wanted proof of my vaccines and laughed and they even asked what I needed to make my grandma feel better. How cool is that. From a tired mom THANK YOU. It might not seem like a big deal but you guys made me feel cared for. ♥️

Would not recommend. Each month, I have to wait several days for them to fill a recurring Rx. They always have an excuse, or some delay, or some technical issue. But it happens every single month. The chronic incompetence is unfortunate because this is the closest pharmacy to us.

Would give better review if they would learn to answer their phones. I made sure to call during pharmacy hours but had to call over 7 times before anyone answered

Linny that works in customer service is extremely rude. I was in shopping yesterday when they were having troubles with their computer system. Several of the items I bought were on sale and they didn’t ring in at the sale price I didn’t notice until I was done checking out and heading outside. I went back in the store to customer service and they unfortunately could not help me and told me to come back the next day (today) I did and Linny at customer service was there to help me. I told him what had happened and he was like well what do you want me to do. I have shopped this Albertsons for years and have never been treated this bad. I will be contemplating shopping here now

I love this store. Always have for years. However twice THIS year I have bought items that have a use by date of over 10 days ago. I might be missing the difference between sell by and use by and if I am correct me. I have trusted this Alberson's for years and never had a problem. Are the customers supposed to do the job to make sure the family is safely eating or is it Albertson's job ?
