Heres my experience 100%! Spent alot of time researching 3 companies but pdi was 3rd on my list because i forgot about them since i didnt need them. They went to the top of the list and kept searching and reviewing info. I actually made my mind up based on customer service( thanks reilly). Purchased big boss tuner and impatiently and eagerly had to wait to install. Be Patient! Finally got tunes downloaded but truck was being a pain. 2016 prostar auto and i called once again and leroy got me hooked up ( pull transmission fuse). Bingo!! 30 minutes later i was rolling. 3 days later im running ozarks pulling Everyhill running cooler. I think my fuel mpg is up 10-15%. Will pay for itself in 8 weeks and 100% happy with everything and looking forward to future purchases. ( love the 5 gauge layout). Was treated as a customer Not a number.

Got a intake and tuner for a 2019 W900 565 1850 X15. And it absolutely turned this truck into an animal I gross weight at 135,000 with double trailers and moved my fuel from 3.9-4.5 would definitely Recommend it to anyone changes the entire truck!!

Fast and friendly service. Good quality parts and when you order something they make sure to include all the items necessary for installation. My turbo, intake, and manifold are fantastic and my fuel mileage has increased. Will always recommend PDI products going forward.

No quality control whatsoever purchased exhaust manifold for Cummins isx with installation kit and stainless bolts after installation manifold started leaking exhaust thought it’s bad gasket replaced again gasket leaks again contacted Pdi for warranty claim was told to purchase a new exhaust manifold and to send the old one for them to check If its a failure in material and/or workmanship like they gonna admit it so after spending $3500 for Pdi manifold installation kit a

THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!!! Our starter went out on our 40' motor home. Conveniently we broke down at the Walmart "RV resort" in Washington Utah. We were referred by a mobile RV service and it was a GREAT recommendation. Karson came over the next morning and replaced the starter. And replaced it again as the first one was defective. Even through that added aggravation Karson kept a smile on his face. We were up and running in a flash. We've been very fortunate to find great mechanics on the road this year ("new" old rig) and these folks continued our "lucky" streak! Thank you PDI!!! Karson, you're a great guy. Don't take this personally but I hope we never see you again! We all know that eventually we'll need some help on the road, and we are so appreciative that great folks like PDI are out there to help us. THANK YOU!!!

My Newell Motorhome was blowing black smoke, a diesel mechanic in Idaho recommended I take it in to PDI in ST. George, Ut. They got me into their shop right away, and quickly found the problem. Cracked CAC. They order the CAC and a Radiator from Newell, Replaced both plus the turbo and tuned the Engine computer with their Big Boss engine enhancement program. My coach runs like as sports car. Turbo boost is at 30 or more, massive amount of torgue. They have the cleanest most organized shop I have seen. I highly recommend PDI in ST. George , Ut .

Great group of people made my family feel at home while visiting there shop. Clean shop kept neat ,clean and organized. Very knowledgeable on all engines great selection of products on hand to choose from. Reasonable pricing!!!! I recently had them install the big boss stage 1 turbo and manifold and tune in my 1999 peterbilt with n14 Cummins the difference is unreal.... response of turbo is insane truck runs cooler cant wait to see my fuel savings... Thanks again for providing quality parts that working people can afford too!!!!!!!

I ordered the tuner on Monday it arrived today so far everything is going great. The tuner was a breeze to install and after a quick call with tech support I had my tune downloaded and installed. Customer support is top notch, I want to thank Will for getting me up and running with the tuner. Keep up the great work guys. I hope to be ordering the exhaust manifold for my truck in a few months.

PDI installed there twin turbo system on my 550 ISX. I have been so impressed with the power and fuel economy that I have seen so far. The customer service that I have also received after the upgrades has been outstanding. These guys truly stand by there product and ensure customer satisfaction.
