Atm machine broke down while in the process of the withdrawal old man manager absolutely no help. I was mad because the machine kept my $500 and no receipt. Of course I was upset and he said do not swear what the heck you stole my $500. They could have called atm maintenance he suggested to dispute with my bank. 0 help…. Why does this branch have such a high roll over of employeesTodays date 11/14/2023 I still have not gotten my money back it has been 2 weeks and still waiting.

worst credit union for a business. Over $5k was stolen from my account in 1 week. America first called me to tell me about it right away, then sent me an email where I had to agree if it was not resolved within 24 hrs they would not help me.I have now lost over $5k and America First keeps telling me "Sorry"Imagine giving your trusted friend money, only to ask for it later and find out they lost it, then all they say is "sorry" and expect you to keep trusting them with money!Their security measures failed to protect my money and now I am paying for it.

I am a small business owner and have been banking at America First for over 7 years. They are the best credit union I have worked with. Loan approval is very fast and friendly. I specifically want to thank Andrea at the St. George Harmon's Branch for being so helpful with my banking.

This is the rudest credit union. Employees will yell across the bank and make sure everyone does as they demand!! I will never go to this bank until they have terminated the power tripping Dan wybrow. Suzanne the manager is to afraid to reprimand employees because the turnover rate is extremely high at this branch. He is rude and authoritarian style customer service has missed the mark. Hypocrite ran branch. He refused to give me $1 bills due to his personal laziness of going to the vault.

Every time I have gone in I have received superb service from all of the employees. They have always been able to answer my questions and are genuinely knowledgeable about what they are talking about.I also love how they enforce the mask policy. In the current pandemic it keeps everyone healthy. A lot of stores say they enforce it but then don’t. I appreciate the strong backbone the employees have for standing up for their policies.

I went on October 7th to get an auto loan. Both individuals who helped us (Dan and Suzann) were rude to each other, my wife and I, as well as the third party we were purchasing the vehicle from. I have been thinking about switching credit institutions for awhile now due to their service (or lack thereof) and if not for the necessity of purchasing that day, would have halted the loan and switched credit unions immediately. I don't intend to continue using them in the future, which disappoints me because I've held checking and saving accounts with them for almost 15 years. I'm aware that it could very well be just be the Harmon's branch near me that is always unkind, but they were rude and complained enough tonight that I think it's not worth continuing business with them.

I was refused service for not wearing a mask. These “policies” the employees hide behind are a direct reflection of the poor management and weak backbones of those defining these corporate policies. I recognize it is their right as a private business to employ certain policies. I am seriously considering closing my accounts and going elsewhere.

Attempted to pull cash out at this branch and received a ripped bill. After immediately pulling around to receive my new bill, I was told to pound sand by the manager. DO NOT do business with these scammers.
