I don’t normally leave under 5 stars but i wrote someone a check and they cashed the check for $2,000 instead of $200.00 and they have not fixed the issue after a week.

Go with literally any other credit union.Mountain America, Goldenwest, Deseret First, etc. They’re all better.

This is the better Southern Utah bank. I've tried them all and the staff and service here are top notch. They have every banking and financial service, and the best rates. Alyssa was so helpful with notarizing a document for me!

Great people but if you want to get a hold of someone real, good luck. Their phone is one of those automated voice robots that are worthless. My account got locked and no one can tell me why or even how to fix it. As soon as I can get access to my account again I am leaving somewhere else.

This branch is run by idiots. Use their ATM, but if you need someone with brains go to any other branch. These people are the only branch members that don’t know a thing about banking. I love the branch but this location is embarrassing.

worst credit union for a business. Over $5k was stolen from my account in 1 week. America first called me to tell me about it right away, then sent me an email where I had to agree if it was not resolved within 24 hrs they would not help me.I have now lost over $5k and America First keeps telling me "Sorry"Imagine giving your trusted friend money, only to ask for it later and find out they lost it, then all they say is "sorry" and expect you to keep trusting them with money!Their security measures failed to protect my money and now I am paying for it.

I've had excellent experiences when I physically go inside the branch. The employees are always friendly and helpful.However, whoever designed their automated telephone system needs fired. You cannot contact your branch directly and all calls are routed to a call center where it's nearly impossible to get an agent on the phone without going in circles. I misplaced my credit card and am trying to get it locked and replaced. The system kept routing me to the loan department. When I finally got an actual person on the phone I was told I'd need to be transferred to another department where I've been on waiting (after transfer) 20 minutes and was told they couldn't provide a direct number. So, If I get disconnected I get to go through all this again. It's like this EVERY time I need to call them.Just drive to the nearest branch and save yourself the headache and frustration.

immigrants are not worthy of credit in your intuition's eyes so neither should our money. as soon as I am able I am movig all my money and banking to a diferent institution that deals with people of color better than you. and there are many, Golden west, Charter and Mountain America to name a few. t may not mean that much to you but I will never conduct bussines there and will make sure no one i know fail to hear why and will discourage anyone from doing bussines with this racist credit union.

We have been members since 2012 and are about to close our accounts. Very odd bookkeeping at times. Even tellers there have to call other departments to find out why things are debited and credited the way they are. They keep your paid off loan on the credit bureaus for months sometimes, possibly to get themselves the appearance of more assets, I assume. Even their ATM is usually useless.

After reading the other reviews I decided to stop in and see about opening an account. I walked up to the teller line (very nice young lady) and asked if I was at the right place to do so (I wasn't!) and she suggested that I have a seat and someone would be right out. After a brief wait, Alyssa sat me in her office, explained the options available, and we opened an account-she even printed my new debit card right then and there! The process was easy, everyone was very friendly and helpful, and I was set up quickly-an easy 5 star review!

The friendliest staff ever. Nicole has awesome customer service and she genuinely cares about the members! She helped me with a loan and she went above and beyond for me! Thank you Nicole! I love my new vehicle!
