I have been trying to get the St. George location to deliver to my cabin for over two years. They scheduled an automatic delivery in July of 2023 but did not deliver it because the driver said he could not find my cabin. They have been delivering to my cabin under my name for 7 years at that time with no problems. I have a four foot sign with my name on the sign in six inch letters. Amerigas has been delivering to this cabin for decades and they can't find it? I called and complained and asked for a re-delivery and put up a second sign with the street address even though they are bot used on Kolob with my name. NO Delivery in 2023.
They billed me in 2023 and again in 2024 for the rental of the tank which has been paid but once again. No deliver of any propane in 2024. Also, no inspection of the tank which I suspect is leaking which explains why my tank is now 100% empty. My son lit my propane fridge for me over a month ago and there was just under 20% in a 250 gallon tank. I normally live here all summer but had to have open heart surgery and was finally able to drive to my cabin only to find an empty propane tank on a Saturday. The fridge is off and hot so the propane obviously ran out some time ago. When I call all I get is automated which says I am on automated delivery and the estimated amount of propane I have is 49%. I had less than that when I called and asked for a delivery in July of 2023. When I tried to update the percentage, it does not allow 0%, so I said 1%, the automated program then said it would transfer me to someone to schedule a delivery. Instead it hung up on me. When I called back my tank level had reverted back to 49% and when I tried to schedule a delivery again, it hung up on me again. I will be requesting that the defective, empty tank be removed and I be issued a refund on the rent and I will be going with a reputable company.

It’s a joke getting to someone who can help me with an account and being charged late fees when I’d never received a bill. . I really wish you had a customer service like you did 6 years ago

Website kept circling back to log in which I did many times.Very disappointed that you outsource your phone service to a foreign country and cant reach a local representative.Your prices are very high compared to other companies

Horrible customer service, I will never buy gas from amerigas again the call center they use in the Philippines is Horrible ,no worker there knows there butt from a hole in the ground, the automated computer is a joke the numbers are all off ,its so bad it's laughable and agitating at the same time I will do business elsewhere

I set up a delivery online and when the driver arrived he informed me that our tank was too close to our AC unit. He told me and I received an e-mail indicating that someone from Amerigas would contact me about moving the tank. More than a week later, I had to call as there was no way to do this online and learned there was no record of the service request. I had to pay a plumber to move the tank and then set up a fuel delivery. The tank distance was a complete surprise to me as it had not been a requirement for the prior delivery. I was about out of gas and this whole process end up taking almost a month. The actual fuel delivery was just fine.
