Horrible customer service, I will never buy gas from amerigas again the call center they use in the Philippines is Horrible ,no worker there knows there butt from a hole in the ground, the automated computer is a joke the numbers are all off ,its so bad it's laughable and agitating at the same time I will do business elsewhere

I set up a delivery online and when the driver arrived he informed me that our tank was too close to our AC unit. He told me and I received an e-mail indicating that someone from Amerigas would contact me about moving the tank. More than a week later, I had to call as there was no way to do this online and learned there was no record of the service request. I had to pay a plumber to move the tank and then set up a fuel delivery. The tank distance was a complete surprise to me as it had not been a requirement for the prior delivery. I was about out of gas and this whole process end up taking almost a month. The actual fuel delivery was just fine.

A manager answered my knock on the office door that had a sign that said something to the affect “we do not answer the door” and we communicate only thru a telephone # that has no personal aspect at all. I have a house in the mountains and I had run out of gas a month earlier (and therefore no heat) and wanted a gas delivery as soon as roads were passable. I wanted to let someone know and was able to get a delivery the next day thanks to Bill Wales

Had a delivery and was not notified of the delivery for days until I received and e-mail. The email did not even tell me how much a gallon I was being charged. The on line account also did not tell how much a gallon I was being charged. Your on line page is very poor.

The service man was excellent. We had run completely out of gas and he spent time getting gas back through the piping so that both our in home fireplaces would work. And with his help we were able to clean the fireplace structure and glass. ?
