Tried coming into the store to have a piece of art framed this morning. Showed up at 10 am because Google said you opened at 10 am. The sign on the door said you opened at 10 am on Mondays. Unfortunately you were not open and I waited another 15 minutes for you to open before I left. I was there willing to spend $ but you made it very difficult to be your customer so I took my business elsewhere.

I would recommend calling to make sure they are actually open before making a trip to their gallery. They were not open on Saturday like the hours show.

I needed a 5x7 mat interior cut down a sliver. Took my own mat. He made 4 cuts in less than 5 minutes and charged me over $20 Won’t be back.

Waited almost 6 weeks to get a print framed. Once it was finally finished upon pick up immediately noticed a scratch in the glass. Owner Keith was very rude. We had to wait to have the entire piece torn apart to have new glass cut and reassembled. During this the owner ignored us, his framer and the entire situation. After their error was corrected I had to ask to have it wrapped before leaving. Over priced, poor framing.Terrible customer service.

This is quite the hidden gem for framing work. Keith was very helpful and although it took a while to work out all the details for two of our pieces it was well worth our time spent.

I first used Arte Gallery when I needed a shadow box created for a display at Southern Utah Veterans Home. I brought in the items and Phillip and his team did a great job of advising on how best to present the military items. The shadow box is gorgeous and their input was invaluable. I also needed something framed on short-notice, and again they delivered a great product. Julie Ann had great suggestions on border colors and frame selection. We will definitely use their services again in the future.
