We are never giving them our business again. We bought a couch, and it delivered broken. My husband called and asked for a replacement to be sent. He asked for a discount for the inconvenience and they said they would refund us $50. They told us they would process it and let us know by the end of the day when the next one would be delivered. We didn’t hear anything back. So, my husband called them the next day and was on hold for over an hour. When he finally got through to Someone, he was told that they didn’t end up processing anything. So, he asked them to send a replacement and they finally processed it. But, they didn’t give us the $50 refund they said they would. When my husband pointed that out they said they can’t authorize a refund or discount since it had already been processed. Even though they knew about the refund before it was processed. So we got fed up with their BS and just requested a full refund.
The couch itself was okay, besides it being delivered broken. But the way they treat their customers is a joke.

Awful experience. Visited the store knowing exactly what I wanted but it took an hour for the salesman and his manager to process two items. Neither knew how to use the system and provided conflicting information about the store’s policy on sales and shipping prices. I felt a total disregard of my time. Fast forward two weeks later and I still have not received the email receipt that was promised, so I call the store and get transferred to a call center where I learn that my order is back-ordered and arriving a full month later than was promised. I took an entire day off work to be home to receive the order. When were they going to communicate this change to me? If ever? Absolutely unacceptable. My time and effort was wasted through this entire process. I cancelled my order and will never purchase anything from this company ever again.

Added the furniture protection plan and then when we went to remove it, they pushed us off until 24 hours before item was gonna get shipped to us then said they would have to cancel the order and redo it to takeoff the protection plan. Wouldn’t recommend buying from Ashley.
