We went to 2 separate stores and customer service to try and get 2 lines onto one account. No one would help us until Blake the District manager of St George was willing to help us.

We came in to buy 2 phones and change our plan. Our clerk told us many services were required at sign up but once cancelled in 2 weeks they would be reversed off our current bill. We were not given a way to charge our phones and had to spend a lot of money to get a charger. We called the AT&T customer service representative and he basically said we were hosed. The district Manager, Blake Miles, refused to call us and the store manager, Tyler, refused to give us $54 credit for services that were not required and never should have been on our bill. Very bad experience!

I switched, regrettably, to Samsung. Spencer helped me, with the patience and grace of an angel, to get back to Apple. I am so appreciative of all his help, even when inundated with many other customers he showed patience and kindness. Great employee and customer service!

Just spent a hour waiting for service. Just to be told by some punk kid that’s to lazy to actually do his job tell that he could not help set up a simple new account . They only have one employee working a Friday night?!? AT&Ts customer service is a joke spare yourself the trouble and go ANYWHERE ELSE!

closed two hours earlier then their posted close time , and when we went to the door, there were employees sitting on the couches on their phones, doors locked and just started at us.

Tyler was very knowledgeable as well as helpful in getting both of our new phones up and running. He also helped us with new phone cases and charging devices for them. We didn't have to go home and order any items which is a huge plus for us!

BEWARE: Blake (district manager) he lied and lied and LIED to us just to make a sale. We had told him our problems we were having and he lied to us claiming he fixed our issues just so he can make the commission sale… COLTER AND ZACH!!! ❤️❤️❤️ hands down the sweetest and most honest ones who helped me and realized what Blake had done and tried to fix Blake’s EGO! From what I heard this is not the first time Blake has screwed someone like this…. Colter and Zach need a raise for dealing with Blake and how many times they have had the customer at heart and not just their paychecks.

Colter, the store manager, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He even fixed my mom's hearing aid Bluetooth connection to her phone.
