For most of us in business, visiting a wireless phone provider can feel like a frustrating and time-consuming chore. Long wait times, confusing service options, and the challenge of finding a knowledgeable representative often turn what should be a simple task into a major disruption in our day. Our time is valuable, and we need solutions not roadblocks, especially when it comes to staying connected and keeping our businesses running smoothly. Felicia in AT&T North Bluff office in St. George, Utah is a delight to wrok with. She is without a doubt, the most kind, calm, and knowledgeable tech and customer service representative I have ever met. From the moment you walk into the store, Felicia welcomes you with a warm smile and a friendly greeting, often calling you “ my friend”, and you can tell she truly means it.
Her passion for the business is unmatched, and her genuine love for helping people shines through in everything she does. Whether it’s answering questions with patience and clarity, or assisting with something more technical like ordering new phones, transferring data, or returning devices, she handles it all seamlessly and with that signature “Felicia smile.”
Our Realty Express office has relied on her expertise and outstanding service multiple times, and each interaction has been nothing short of exceptional. She goes above and beyond every single time, making what could be stressful tasks feel easy and even enjoyable.
Felicia is a true gem, a 10 in my book and I have no doubt many others would say the same. AT&T is lucky to have her, and so are all the customers who get to experience her care and professionalism.
Thanks a million my friend, Felicia

Terrible, amateur, rude , customer service. They will do anything to sell phones, they lie about package deals. And really can’t help with anything. They say call 611 to handle most issues.

I had an issue with AT&T ,I was angry and frustrated, but when i got to the store Luis was very friendly and patient. Luis was like a phone whisperer, He went above and beyond, when he could of easily said there's nothing he could do. So thank you Luis.

Luis and Josh knocked it out of the park. They were able to help us resolve any issues we had especially because there were some issues out of their control! Would highly recommend them!!! They were even so patient with our little girl running around the shop!!!

The employees lied to me to try and get me to just get a new number with them so that they could pad their numbers.
I've worked at cell phone stores for YEARS while I was in college, I know some employees will do anything so that they can hit their monthly numbers. All three employees at the store told me "We can't port you from Cricket because it's AT&T owned. You need to port to a different carrier and then port to AT&T." I asked if I could do it online and they said it wouldn't work talking to customer service online either. They said if I went to a different carrier for one day and then transferred to AT&T that I could keep my number, or if I just got new numbers they would give me $150 of credit per line for getting new numbers.
Well I left the store and checked online and what do you know, customer service online is helping me immediately to keep my same phone numbers AND they're offering me a monthly credit because I'm using my own device and keeping my same number. After some minimal googling I realized the store employees wanted me to get a new number so that they could get a "new line" so their monthly numbers would look better. Coming from AT&T owned Cricket doesn't count as a "new line." Garbage employees.
I've done sales for years and know that honesty is the best policy. I won't be coming back to this store for a while unless absolutely necessary.
