I had a dying battery and Tom I believe his name was, was very helpful! I was in and out in 20 minutes. He made sure to check if I had a warranty, and luckily I did! (Auto zone offers warranties with a lot of their car parts which I find so amazing, especially in today’s economy) He also helped me replace my battery since I didn’t have a clue on where to start, and was very kind and efficient

Bit confusing. Needed barked pads. Associate told.me about a package deal with brake clean, fluid and grease. They are out of grease. Then the credit card machine only wanted to run my credit card as a debit. It was okay but not smooth. I did get the loaner caliper tool.. that was smooth.

Needed some last minute transmission fluid and a couple other things. I've always had mixed emotions about this location. The site said that they carried red top batteries a couple years ago and they absolutely did not (after telling me on the phone they had one in stock). As usual they seemed a little disorganized maybe it's because I've gotten spoiled by the other place in town. Update I went to return an item I bought 13 months ago which was under a lifetime warranty and I had never used it. It was over at 100 dollar item and I rarely ever return anything. The sales parts assistant manager I believe helped me and I have changed my mind about the location

My check engine light came on, so I came to the store to have the code read. It wasn't a good code, and Quinn gave me some fantastic advice on how to clean up my fuel, hoping that would clear the issue.
And it worked!
Thank you Quinn. You probably saved me hundreds of dollars. You and your staff are the best! ✌️

Taylor the manger was being RUDE to his employees. The worker he was being rude to kept his cool and kept talking to Taylor with respect. Taylor was laughing at the worker telling him he was getting rejected by one of the customers because he didn’t put him number into the system and then Taylor gave the worker attitude when he told him he needed the managers code.
This happened around 7pm today June 29, 2024.
I hope something gets done about this.

They were so awesome when I returned a part with no receipt. Also were grateful that the dealership for the car informed them they had parts that were recalled.
