Amazing staff and the perfumes and lotions are amazing. The body glitter is very fragrant so you can't put very much on. Not too expensive if you work with the sales. The items change very quickly.

Had a wonderful experience last week at Bath and Body Works. I went in wanting a gift for my mother and had no idea what to get. An employee devoted her time to me explaining the various scents, products and best value for my money. She went way beyond the usual salesman help and couldn't have been nicer. I asked her -her name and she said Taylor and that she was an assist. mgr. She was great and any company would want this young lady for an employee.

I attempted to exchange a holiday fragrance plug-in that was clearly defective. I showed it to a manager at Red Cliffs Mall today. Another customer standing nearby said she's always been able to exchange hers in the past. This manager insisted this was an old item and that I had lied about purchasing it this year. Insulting my character and not backing B&BW products is just wrong. When I told her she just lost me as a customer, the manager replied, "We won't miss you." After 20+ years of being a loyal customer, I'm done.
