Certified Insurance Services started out okay for our company, but has been terrible for the last year.Their ability to communicate by email is lacking. When challenged, Pat Wilcox is short and obnoxious. Brett Thompson is slow to respond if he responds at all. This month, he flat-out ignored four consecutive emails from me over a period of 18 days. When my patience was gone, I sent him an email asking if Certified is run by clowns, and ONLY THEN he responded, but told me that if I don't speak professionally I won't get quality service. Think about that for a moment before doing business with this company.Certified also is outperformed by other providers and carriers. They couldn't get us a reasonable deal for a utility bond, expecting us to cover 300% of the amount with liquid assets, which is astronomical. The debacle of trying to put documentation together from partners that we shouldn't have needed--only to find such a ridiculous requirement--wasted weeks of our time. We now have three bonds with their local competitor, and each was served in one to two days using only my credit.Steer away from Certified Insurance Services. There are better insurance providers galore.

Mark has always gone above and beyond to take care of my business and personal insurance. He got my business insured when all other companies wouldn't insure me because we rent U-hauls. And it was less money. Thanks Mark!

I have dealt with Mark Murdock at certified insurance for years. He does all the insurance on my rental properties and I have never been disappointed. I have had him call me to tell me we can get insurance at a better rate. I highly recommend dealing with Mark for all your insurance needs!

I had been insured through State Farm for over 25 years (homeowners and 2 cars) when I switched to Certified Insurance Agency about 6 years ago. They saved me around $1000 a year and I've never looked back. Recently I was a bit curious because of TV Ads. (propaganda) and how Farmers Insurance could save me even more. I asked a local Farmers Insurance Agency to give me a call and give me a quote. It took them over a month just to contact me. I gave them my homeowners and vehicle(s) information. It's been over 2 months now and I still haven't heard a word from them? Certified is on top of it with very fair pricing. No need to let the propaganda sway me again.
