I have to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Lonny. My mom is elderly and her battery was dead. I am 300 miles away so I called Big O since they have always done the service on her car. I explained the situation to Lonny and he spent his lunch hour to go to her house get her car, changed the battery and delivered it back to her. That was so kind of you and greatly appreciated. I can't say thank you enough. Great place to get your car fixed and what amazing kind employees! Very happy and thank you again.

Great service at Big-O tires! My 2 front tires were flat this morning due to wear and tear and Big-O got me right in same day with 4 new tires and an alignment which I needed! They did a great job and I definitely recommend them for your vehicle services :)

Ordered tires for a travel trailer, had them the next morning. Brought tires in to change out. Service was quick, about 30 min. Should have checked before leaving, but when I got home and unloaded, I noticed they weren't balanced, which you pay extra for. I called the store and spoke with the manager, John Schear, and he did not hesitate to resolve the issue. He offered and personally came and picked up the tires to balance and brought them back to my house. Although a preventable issue and an inconvenience this sort of integrity deserves the 5 stars. Despite the error by the technician. He knew what he did I believe. Anyway, the staff was very professional and knowledgeable and I would recommend Big O sunset.

Phenomenal customer service and expediency.
Ryker got me exactly what I needed with same day service (four tires & battery replacement), best deal in town, only place that had the size tire I needed. Honest prices and work timeline. Manager arranged delivery to my door. Outstanding service!
Highly recommend to all!

They did an excellent job the first time we took our car to them, but this most recent visit was anything but. We took our car in to get the healthy car special. They wouldn’t honor our Dixie Direct card which was, whatever. But then they told us that our car needed new brakes, lights, filters, etc. We were quoted $400 to change the brakes, which we declined. We bought the parts to replace the brakes and took it to my dad who is a mechanic. He said that our brakes were still practically new and that we should call and report whoever told us that we needed new brakes. The person who helped us was bragging about how he “has the best numbers in the whole store”. I wonder why. We were hoping to trust Big O, despite the bad reviews. But we will never be back after this experience.

Was able to order the tires and services I wanted online, and scheduled appointment online. Arrived at the appointed time, checked in, service was performed at the price I had been given and I was back on the road in less than an hour.

So, I have been going to big O tires for the last 20+ years. They have handled everything from an emergency to less. Their customer service is way above what I would expect. I went in today with a non-emergent, but it was) issue. They immediately handled my issue with the most courtesy one could expect. Being a loyal customer pays off. Give these guys a chance!

I've been battling a leaky tire for months. With weather getting colder and me getting kranky about it... I popped into big -0-... they had my problem solved in less than an hour AND didn't charge me for it! Wow! Thanks yall!

Ryker at the sunset store is outstanding!!! We had a bad experience with the big o in hurricane and he went out of his way to make us feel heard! This man needs a raise! Highly recommend the sunset store where Ryker is at hands down!

I like this particular location on Sunset Blvd in Saint George Utah. They have an educated staff that will take care of you from start to finish. I have been using them for over a decade on my car fleet and have never been “up-sold”. They make me aware of potential maintenance, but never have they pushed services on me. I appreciate their attention to detail and their willingness to work on my more unusual vehicles. “Can do” is how they make me feel. I trust them and their customer service.

I have been using my local Big O for all my automotive needs. They have quick service and quality work. I always use Big O because they are all over the country and always stand by their warranties. Just bought a new set of rims, quite the change in car appearance. I have to give a shout-out to Ryker. He has been my trusted contact who gives great advice on how to proceed with wants and needs of my cars. They just diagnosed and replaced a transmission mount on my car and it runs perfectly again. It seems like I always have somthing postitive to say. Thank you Big O!
