Super disappointed with this location.
I booked online to make sure I had a spot but only needed an alignment check (free) and when I got in I said I wanted it checked first and if the alignment was bad then go ahead.
They didn't consult. They just proceeded with an alignment, when done they said it was a weird alignment because they didn't do much at all, the before and after had little to no change so they can gave me a discount. What I thought would be a free check was a 90 dollar alignment that didn't effectively change anything.
Oh I also had removed the skid plate the day before and didn't put it back so any alignment changes could be done easily and they said they'd put it back for me but they didn't.

I’ve visited this store twice and both times have been exceptional! Every aspect of the service was smooth and professional. Taylor went above and beyond to ensure a top notch experience, excellent guy! The wait was short and they were super friendly and reasonable. Highly recommended!

My daughter and I were traveling to Mt Zion yesterday Morning when our new car or 2024 Nissan plastic shield underneath the passenger side came loose and made a very annoying sound. We stop by multiple auto services but no one could help us.
My daughter suggested just to stop by at Big O tires in this location. We were so lucky that they were able to assist us and fixed the problem with no charge. I am very grateful to the person which I totally forgot to asked his name. Thank you so much. And to the Big O tires thank you guys. My daughter and I had a great time yesterday.
You guys are awesome..
By the way, it was a blue Nissan sentra.

Had a wheel balance issue on a road trip and was dreading having to stop. But Ty was very helpful with a positive bright attitude and got me squared away in just a couple minutes at a reasonable price the first come first serve mentality is hard to come by nowadays but you are guaranteed to find it here.
I will definitely be using Big O Tires in the future definitely had a great experience

Excellent service. I’ve been going to this location since I was a kid. I’m not a regular but I go there when I need something. They have refused payment multiple times for flat repair or rotation even if the tires weren’t always bought from them.

I went in to get my daughter’s tire fixed there was a screw in it. I waited for over an hr and after guy that was helping me came and said sorry I went to lunch but your car is fix we just recommend new tires. I said thank you I’ll come back when I’m ready. I go out to get dinner with my daughter her tire is flat and the screw is still in the tire. They didn’t do anything and sent me on my way. Now my daughter will be without a vehicle till I come back from working out of town. This bad business it’s it should be considered fraud.

The team at Big O Tires at this location were super nice and worked us in to get a tire repaired. They under-promised and over delivered with their service and exceeded expectations. They also set the tire at the appropriate psi, which the Lexus dealer didn’t do correctly. They may have saved us a potential incident with over-inflated tires. Highly recommend this team and location. 10 out of 10!!
