I've been with Boost since 2013. In my experience the customer service is hit or miss. However I've always left THIS Boost store with a smile on my face. Awesome people. Pleasant experiences here.

When I seen the recent ratings I expected it to not be great but it was AMAZING! The lady in there Bekah was super nice and friendly. I told her I wanted to upgrade and she was super quick ordering it all in and showing me my options. Couldn’t have asked for quicker or better service!

The owner is literally one of the best people. I came in 5 minutes before close and she even stayed a little late to help me with my phone and my plan. I will continue coming to this store.

Was there at 6:00pm and the doors were locked. Completely closed up for the day. Supposed to be open until 7:00. Idk why they closed but super annoying to drive over there within business hours and it's closed.

Online and on the door it says closes at 7:00 Monday-Friday I came in today (Tuesday) at 6:00 and the doors where locked and nobody was there

The worst damn customer service ever . They have hung up on me twice and took my social security number and hung up on me . I’m done with calling . Trying to upgrade to the iPhone infinite and the service is absolutely the worst ! You guys really need better people running the store. I ALSO WENT IN THERE TODAY BECUASE I GOT TOLD I WAS ELIGIBLE FOR AN UPGRADE AND NOW THE OTHER PERSON IS SAYING IM NOT . ALSO IT SMELLED THE WEED INSIDE THE STORE ! I HAVE 3 LINES THAT IVE HAD FOR A YEAR NOW AND STILL CANT UPGRADE ?? A lot of red flags in that store ! Who is smoking weed in the store ! I’m leaving this company immediately

Some of the worst service I ever had from a corporation/business. Why does your caller ID information say pop's pizza? They seem to lie a lot just to get the sell. For an example They told me I can come back any time to get a new screen protector put on my phone. And when I need that a new screen protector they told me they don't carry that type of screen protector and order it. And I would have to come back, So I have them do that right. So a week goes by still no phone. Call 2 weeks go by and I decided to call them and by doing so they tell me all. We can't order it because we don't carry that phone anymore. And also tells me that they don't offer any free Even after purchase. Now speed up to present day I Go into the store to order A new phone because I noticed on the website that they got new phones and so I go down to the store and they tell me that they will order it and wait about a week and they will call me when it arrives. So a week goes by no phone call so I wait two days after the day they said the phone would be in, and they tell me on the phone call that they can't order that phone and at the same time. I'm thinking why can't they order the phone when it's advertised on the Boost Mobile website? It sounds like me.Someone doesn't wanna do their job. So next time if I deal with boost, I'm going straight to walmart. That's the only place where I feel like if I'm doing with boost. I'm not going to get lied to or cheated out on my money.

Reasonably priced phone plans with professional service. Becca goes above and beyond for her customers. I think their straight forward pricing, exceptional customer service, and efficient troubleshooting make Boost on Bluff St. worth it. Check it out for yourself.

Not happy with boost mobile. I ran out of hotspot usage for the month so I added more data to my specific line because the app allowed me to add more data to my hotspot but come to find out, I couldn’t add more data to my hotspot yet the app allowed me to pay for more data usage. When I called customer support, they said they couldn’t do anything about it since I already paid for it. The app is very deceiving that way. I do have multiple lines, but I did specifically select my line to add more data usage. They wouldn’t refund me $15. Can’t believe they’re going to lose a customer over $15 .

I purchased the Celero 5G plus 2024... Specifications are hard to believe for a phone at this price... Manufactured by Wingtech, a Chinese company... I figured I would get one and check it out... Had the phone for a little while now... all I can say is the phone is incredible for the price, ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE...seriously
