I have used multiple rent to own stores in the past. Without a doubt Bruce's is the best. I never feel pressured they are always honest and the customer service is amazing and the prices are always fair.

The first time I walked into Bruce’s, I was greeted by a representative named Rohana. She was polite, friendly, and she explained how my payments worked. I walked in a week later and bought more “stuff”.? Thank you Bruce’ s for your representative’s and Ian and Antonio for corresponding professional and getting the merchandise in, set-up, and out the door. Good quality service all the way around ??

Filled out info for a call from Bruce’s and EZ (similar store). An employee from Bruce’s called me the next business day and had already taken the time to review what I requested and what was immediately available. The other company didn’t care to help me until I advised them I’d chosen to go with a company that cared about my business. At Bruce’s, everything was handled efficiently and all of my questions were answered without annoyance. My items were delivered at the exact time on the date agreed upon. The gentleman who set up and moved everything were extremely careful with my items which most movers are not; let alone workers at other places similar to this who throw things around. They were very courteous of the space as well; not hitting any walls, etc. Can’t say enough great things about the incredible service from online, to the store, and with delivery. Thanks!

Showed up to our door and tried barging inside TWICE because they insisted a payment arrangement wasn’t set. They also show up after business hours which isn’t appropriate as well. Poor communication and poor customer service. Do not recommend at all!

So friendly and understanding. Bought sofa and loveseat and exchanged them for another set. No hassles. Bought a window a/c from them also and I'm ready to get a washer and dryer from them soon. Highly recommend for anyone.

Recently moving here, I was in need of furniture. My family told me to try this spot out. They are knowledgeable and extremely helpful! I went in one day around 2 or 3pm and received my sectional and TV that evening at 7pm! That’s super great service if you ask me! Highly recommend!
