they had to redo my shower floor twice and then after a year and a half the shower leaked out the wall. i had a plumber from thompsons come over and he said it looked like the shower was leaking into the shower pan and parts of the pan where in the drain. i have not used the shower sense. canyon will only warranty the work for one year. Note about comment from owner. They will cover this if they installed the entire system but my review stated that they had only put in the shower floor so nothing is covered.

this company has great integrity, I've enjoyed doing business with them for the last 4 years. They do great remodels. I was very pleased with the shower work they did at my house.

The sales people are great but do very little of what happens inside your house. The subcontractors were Russian Roulette and made me regret my choice of this company. The company really needs to monitor the sub's work often and do it well the first time.
My master bath was a construction zone for a month. The floor/tub demolition dust covered the entire house. I would give W., (superintendent) credit for doing better work than J., (tile guy). J.and W. were strong on elaborate excuses but lacking on timely, professional work. W. spent hours and redid the J's floor grout without being asked. W. redid J's carpentry work after I sent pictures and W. after a month finally did some cleanup. Neither cleaned up the shower stall grout splatter mess. The toilet was moved to the shower for 3 weeks, reinstalled twice and the floor grout done twice-none of that was due to the 2 tubs being broken during shipping. Three weeks later, the J. show did another dust layer grinding grout of the shower grout. The exhaust fan ceiling hole was first cut in the wrong place, moved and patched/repainted, The glass boys broke a tile installing the shower door, J.'s caulk job on the baseboards might have been done with his big toe. The sink faucet install leaked and neither the first lumber dude or W. checked the work to clean debris and see an obvious leak. When I returned to see the work, W. was unglued when I told him to fix the sink leak and red lipstick caulk on the wood joints now-told me not to call again. Finally, a 2nd plumber (who installed the tub and filler correctly) found the obvious sink leak by the wet wadded up newpapers with the hairball, and repaired it. The red lipstick caulk was redone on the carpentry joints by the salesman doing damage control. I was very glad it finally ended. I protested the estimate and they made a token revision.
I spent many, many hours cleaning up their mess during the month they occasionally stopped by. The salesman was a nice guy and appologized.
Who could ask for more...
Shop wisely, ask about who really does the work and what if the work is not professional or timely.

Love Canyon Kitchen and Bath! We put in just a few cabinets, floor to ceiling, in our kitchen and adore the way they look. We had a problem with the install of a cabinet pull and they replaced the whole door next day. Great cabinets, great price.

We remodeled most of our home: kitchen, two bathrooms, new flooring and paint throughout. Absolutely love the end result. Canyon Kitchen and Bath was professional and responsive to our needs. I've used Canyon Kitchens and Bath three times. Two bathroom renovations and a kitchen renovation. I would highly recommend them. They are pleasant to work with and communicate well. We picked Canyon because of the beautiful choices of the tub surrounds. All went well until they installed the wrong counter top on the vanity. It was nice, but it wasn't the one we picked out, even though our salesman was with us when we did picked it. We settled on a reduction in the price. Then when the shower curtain rod was installed, it was about 6 inches too high. Our old curtain just skimmed the edge of the tub. They fixed it by adding a panel to the bottom of our old one as we couldn't find a new longer one that we liked as much.

We did a kitchen remodel. The project had quite a few special items. What I liked is their attention to detail. I’m very particular about all the little things. I give them an A+. Our kitchen looks amazing and changed the whole perspective of the adjacent rooms. Well done Canyon Kitchens and Bath!
