I have been a member for over 20 years and have had nothing but outstanding assistance from the teams, whether savings, credit, home loan, or auto loans, they have helped me in every instance and have always been super professional. The staff welcome you as family and make bonds that last across decades. Recently they assisted me with another vehicle purchase that included some strange requests, and they were amenable to all requests and actions. Can't say enough good about the CVCU team. Keep up the great work Team!!

We have had great experiences with the staff. Especially the branch manager, Leslie and her assistant manager Brooke have gone out of their way on more than one occasion when we have had questions on our account to help us . Being a little older, some of the technology in today’s world has been harder for us to understand especially all of the online banking features, some I didn’t realize were even available and now with all their help and patience we use them and I can’t believe how convenient they are! We are so grateful they opened a branch in St. George. We don’t know how we got along without them!

I've had an account with Canyon View Credit Union all the way back in 1981 when it was the University of Utah Credit Union when I was at the University of Utah. The reason I still have an account today 45 years later is because Canyon View has perfected the art of good customer service. I go into the credit union rather than use the drive-thru just because I like the experience. If I'm in a lousy mood, I'll go make a deposit just so I can be around friendly, happy, cheerful people! Everyone in there greets me by my first name. However, my favorite to teller is Kawan Carl. Kawan is always happy to see me. He's actually become a friend. I would recommend Canyon View Credit Union 100%! They are fantastic and in all regards.
I have had a HELOC with Canyon View and several car loans, and I use their certificates to supercharge my savings. Canyon View is superior in every aspect!

I’ve been with Canyon View Credit Union for the past two years. At first, I was a little unsure about switching from a big bank to a local credit union, but I wanted to support something smaller and local—and I’m really glad I did.
The biggest difference has been the people. Kawan Karl in particular has been awesome—super helpful and just easy to work with. I recently opened a high-yield savings account and the whole process took maybe a minute.
They’re conveniently located and it’s just been a solid experience overall. Definitely worth considering if you’re thinking about making a switch.

My husband and I just opened an account with Canyon View Credit Union and the process was very smooth thanks to Kawan, he was very informative and answered all of our questions. We also met the manager Leslie and felt welcome and like family not just like another customer. Highly recommend!
