“I left my wallet in the vehicle my brother rented from the st George airport through Alamo rental cars one week ago .. We've tried to get answers as to where my wallet is. Nobody has seemed too interested in helping to solve this problem . My black Kate Spade wallent was left in the center console ..the console sides back electronicly to reveal a dark compartment .I slid my wallet in and pushed it back before we left the vehicle for a few hours .upon return to the vehicle I was quite sick and forgot to retrieve my wallet. I would have hoped they'd have someone go to the vehicle and get my wallet, but no. They seem to be waiting for someone to turn it in to lost and found . It would take one kind and moral person to solve this problem. . I am extremely disappointed in Alamo rental cars employees at the st George Airport.”

“Was a little nervous based on previous reviews, but all went smoothly. I picked up in the evening on October 17, the person that greeted was friendly and the process was quick. Was a little tricky finding the vehicle because they have two lots close together with the same numbering, but the employee came out to help me and I was on my way in no time. Only issue I really had was tire pressure being a little low and changing consistently throughout my trip, it’s the canyons with a lot of temperature and altitude fluctuations so I didn’t think much of it and had no actual problems with the vehicle. No problem coming in and out of Zion a couple times and then back to St George. Vehicle was very clean!
Drop off is easy after hours, just park in a Hertz spot, take the key inside and drop off in the box with a form you fill out (they have them next to the box, make sure you took a picture or know your drop off mileage). No odd charges, everything seems fine. Would rent from again”

“The entire process, from the initial call to returning the car was very smooth and user friendly. There was constant reminders and communications all along the way. And the young man, Trevor, who checked us in and helped us select the car and then met us when returning the car, did an exceptional job. He was professional, knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. The prices were competitive and all the fees, whether optional or not were transparent. Enterprise will be the first car rental company we call for any future needs.”
