We usually stick with Budget or Enterprise since we mostly book through Costco. This time, Jessica showed us how to use our National emerald club benefits at our local airport for the first time and matched our Costco enterprise rate!!! In the 20 years we’ve rented here, no one has taken the time or initiative to help us use our National emerald benefits. So grateful to Jessica and her flexibility and professionalism. She’s the best of the best in Saint George car rental customer service, and Trevor was also very helpful out in the heat walking the lot to find us the perfect car for our trip. “I rented a car at the Las Vegas airport. Tammy was on duty. The first car didn’t have power seats. The second didn’t have a usb port for my phone. Tammy spent quite a lot of time trying ways to connect my iPhone. After many attempts, I was offered an upgrade. I was very pleased with the service.”

I can’t remember the Gentleman’s name because i was on very little sleep but he was originally from out of state and now lives in st george and I can’t thank you enough for the great service and zero problems with the car.”
