They gave us a four hour window the day of the appointment for the technician to come. However, they showed up over an hour early when we were away. They refused to come back during the given window and told us the next available appointment is over a week away. Ridiculously poor customer service and organization.

I signed up with another company because I would be getting better service for cheaper. Trying to cancel has been a nightmare and the amount I paid for the month that I'm not using won't be refunded. Don't get involved with this company.

Poor customer service. Waited a month for our appointment day. They no called no showed after we took off work and waited until 7 pm. Did the same thing to us the next day. Then tried to make us wait another month for our next appointment. Sad. No resolution after hours of waiting and hours on the phone. Just sad. We signed up through Costco think the service would be good. This is not our experience.

Had wifi from Centurylink for about 5 years. They NEVER provide the amount of wifi up/download you PAY for. Their customer service policy is to avoid helping you and avoid accepting you have an issue with their service. Do not use Centurylink. Just let this vile company go out of business.
