I visit to ask for assistance opening an account since I am an elderly person who doesn't do well with all this technology. Eric was my clerk, he invited me to his office, opened a lap top and took me to an empty office stating that he needed to make a phone call. What about assisting me with opening an account? If his call was so important ; why did he not let someone else help me with what I came here for? I end up leaving after struggling for a while with the same issues that I had while trying to open the account at home; same issues that led me to visit the office in the first place.

So I never thought I'd be rating CS at 5 star...I've been active in the stock market for about two decades and came up on TD Waterhouse (wasn't even Ameritrade), Vanguard, and then directly with the likes of Dodge & Cox, T.Rowe, Gabelli, American Century and so forth and so forth. CS was always the other group... didn't bother with them.Well times change and I finally got around to exploring the current CS platform and I must say I was/am impressed. I find it better than whatever Vanguards being doing for how long now (seems they never figured it out after years) and actually a bit cleaner than TD Ameritrade's interface but I really would have to get many more hours logged in.However this was not going to get them 5 stars since shortly after I had gotten a CS account some months ago I tried to consolidate another old small account to it and the back end people we're like too confused on how to do a 100% transfer. I was so ticked besides them not being able to do such a simple thing... it took who knows how long to communicate such to me.Well months had past and I decided to try again to clean up my loose ends. This time however I decided to just print it out and bring it in to an office since I was in town visiting and I always love taking care of all my business/government things in this town (although I hate admitting such cause we all know who's been coming here trying to make it into the cess pool they previously created and now flee).Anyway what got them the 5 stars was the level of prompt, knowledgeable, thorough service I received from Trisha. She doubled checked all my paperwork, called someone to double check what would be the best process for the multiple moves I needed done, and was just plain friendly about it... you just don't see nor can find people like that anymore anywhere. Soo many people nowadays just tell the most insulting lies to blow you off cause they just don't care, don't know and can't be bothered.It was between her excellent far above modern average service and what appears to be a solid fluid platform.... CS may be where I move more of my money to and away from the others. Kudos and CS better not let her get away, she's an asset for sure.
