Eddy at Chase on Sunset went above and beyond my expectations! In addition to handling by banking issues efficiently, Eddy was friendly and personable! Rarely have I l encountered a young person who seemed to enjoy his job and had a sincere desire to make customers feel welcome and valued. Everyone in this branch is always friendly and helpful!The managers are to be commended for selecting great employees and encouraging a positive working environment.

My experience with this branch has been horrible. Tried to deposit some coins into my account. The manager said we can’t do that, they have to be in rolls. Went across the street to Mountain America where they happily allowed the deposit. Then asked to withdraw some money from my account—said I could not do that without picture I D (even though I had multiple ways to verify my identity). The manager was completely unhelpful.This was not the first bad experience I have had at this branch. I am closing all my accounts with Chase. In 50 years of banking I have never received such poor customer service.

I wrote out two checks to someone who had done landscaping work for me. Both checks were debited from my account , yet the second check was not deposited into the landscaper's account. We are both customers at this branch. We both had to go in to the bank to try to get it sorted out. Jennifer ( I assume is a manager) was rude and loud to both of us. She said she was " too busy to deal with this" , " I am with other customers do you want me to ignore them and take care of you?" " you can make an appointment " . She was unprofessional . The teller was awesome. I hope this woman gets more support at work so that she is not so stressed and disrespectful to future customers.

Dont deposit your check through the mobile app it’ll take damn near a week to get your funds.

Disgusting customer service. We went in this branch to submit payment & the customer service rep guy was very disrespectful and was giving attitude Customer service rep kept speaking over me and doesn't know anything or doesn't have answers to our questions. Seriously, hire people who have good customer experience & not someone you found on the highway lost & desperate.

Customer service at the Sunset branch on this day was ridiculously horrible! I had been calling the branch for over an hour trying to make an appointment with the notary. Got a recording each time saying they were too busy to answer my call. I drove across town to go there personally, and there was one teller in the entire bank hiding in the back, and ZERO customers!! Not another soul inside. I told the teller I had been trying to call for over an hour and he said, “I know—we’ve been swamped.” I looked around at the completely empty bank and replied, “yes, I can see that.” What a joke.

Horrible customer service. The main woman branch manager was extremely rude she had curly blonde hair. I was there to do something with my account but because it was 20 minutes close to closing she didn’t want to help me. If coming to this branch too late to closing time be prepared to have a rude manager not want to help you because she is eager to go home.

This bank is horrible! Won't cash a check from their own bank unless you have an account there! Who does that! They only have one teller to work the drive through, and inside windows! What bank does that! They only have like three employee's in the entire branch, so you wait forever. They have so many regulations and extra fee's you can't afford to bank there. A single star is too positive of a rating.

I'm not a member of Chase....and after being informed that I would suffer an $8 check cashing fee, should I opt to have them cash a personal check, written to me, from someone who IS a Chase member.... I don't believe I ever will be.
